No servizi essenziali in camera: accappatoio, ciabattine etc etc Servizio di pulizia modesto; dopo la pulizia caminando nella camera i piedi si riempivano di sabbia, dimostrando che non era stato spazzato. Bagno inaccettabile: senza porte alla doccia e senza tenda. Praticamente il resto del bagno perennemente bagnato. La piscina una pozzanghera sopra affollata. Lo spazio di mare di fronte all’hotel un fazzoletto minuscolo e superaffollato… con lo spazio d’acqua minimo e ombrelloni e lettini super ammassati; mare lateralmente occupato e delimitato per le barche di servizio per fare sport e giochi d’acqua. Tutto queste offerte per dei prezzi di alta categoria. Salvo solo la colazione e la qualità del ristorante anche se supportato da un servizio scadente. Mi fermo qui perché potrei continuare a scrivere per ore.

We have just returned from a 7 day holiday to Skiathos, staying in the beautiful Thalassa Cape. We were treated to a free upgrade to a partial sea view room upon arrival. The property is stylish and tastefully decorated throughout and it is no doubt the most boujee looking property on the beach front. All the staff are incredible. The ladies at the reception desk, ‘the breakfast boys’ as we liked to call them and the waiters in the Achinos Resteraunt. Their English is absolutely outstanding and puts us all to shame. There is nothing that is too much trouble and they are very attentive and happy to help. We booked half board and you are treated to a 3 course menu in the Achinos Beachfront Restaurant. The food is absolutely outstanding. My favourites were the celeriac steak, red snapper fillet and milk chocolate tart. We were very lucky that on our final day sunbathing on the beach, we were treated to seeing Dolphins in the sea! We returned home on Friday and I am already looking into booking again for next year (which is something I never do!). Could not recommend this place more. Thank you all at Thalassa Cape❤️

On arrival to Thalassa we were really warmly greeted by reception staff and then walked up to our room by the where she explained how everything works . Our luggage arrived within five minutes of reaching our room. The room was really big and beautifully decorated with a huge bed and nice furnishings. The bathroom was really nice although on the small side it wasn't a problem for us. One problem was our shower drain kept overflowing but it really wasn't much of a problem for us. We had a balcony although not much of a view but somewhere nice to sit out. The pool area was really nice and the sunbeds were the thickest and most comfortable we've ever had on all our travels. We never had a problem with getting a sunbed. The dining area is sublime with the most gorgeous view of the beach and the sea. We had an evening meal on our first night and the food was really good and highly recommend a visit. We were given free arrival drink voucher and 10% off our meal. The view from the dining room really is something else, where we've never spent so long over breakfasts ever just soaking up the view. The choice of food for breakfast is really good and plentiful. The staff work so hard and always made sure the hot food was constantly replenished. Choice of great coffees at breakfast. We cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay so special from the ladies who cleaned our room, the dining room staff, the receptionists, and everyone who worked tirelessly to make everyones holiday special.

Delightful hotel with amazing staff. Great location. Scrumptious breakfast with most options I have ever seen! Breakfast staff very warm and friendly, nothing is too much bother. Cleaning staff work very hard, our room was spotless each day. We would like to say a big thank you to Georgia and her front of house staff who helped us with an issue we had but it was very quickly resolved for us (Theros 102 and 103) We all loved our stay there were 6 of us in total and we will definitely be returning. We didn't use the hotel sun loungers on the beach simply because we did not want to listen to music all day but they looked far superior to any others we saw and the man who made them straight each morning clearly is devoted to his job. Great hotel, great staff, great location cannot fault it all. Thank you to all that work there and thank you for making our holiday memorable. Until next time.

Can't praise this hotel and staff enough , perfect location , right on the beach and only a short walk into town. Room was spacious and very clean , loved the robes and slippers which were provided and changed regularly, nothing was too much trouble for all the lovely staff. Breakfast was first class , so much to choose from and a real bonus that speciality coffees were provided free of charge. Pool area was lovely and the sunbeds the comfiest ever , again a nice touch that towels were provided free of charge. In short a fabulous hotel on a truly beautiful island , without question we will return x
