Excellent place to stay with attentive friendly staff, a warm welcome, wonderful food, and fantastic entertainment, can not fault it. The food was delicious and everything was just perfection. Rooms well presented and clean. Nothing was too much trouble. They show excellent care and consideration to their guests every need. Exemplary customer service skills. Will be back again for sure without hesitation and will be recommending with high praise to friends and family - thank you very much

Just returned from a 4 day Turkey and Tinsel stay at the Quorn Hotel and it was amazing. A traditional hotel where you felt relaxed as soon as you entered it because straight away the staff were looking after you. Cases were taken to your room so that you could enjoy your stay immediately. The fun then started and it went on for all of the stay. There was 3 and we had a family room plenty of space, clean with lovely bath room. The complimentary range included Shower items, bottled water, tea bags coffee, chocolate drinks and a range of biscuits etc. Entertainment had everyone dancing then there was bingo as well as other surprises. The food and service was top class restaurant quality and nothing too much trouble to variate from the set menu. Bes and Lyndsey were perfect hosts and could not do enough to ensure that everyone had a great time. I cannot wait to do it all over again.

Just returned from a Turkey and Tinsel 5 day break. I can't praise this hotel enough great hosts Baz and Lindsay and the hardworking staff. The meals were wonderful tasty and plenty of it. The entertainment was great lots of fun bingo each evening . The rooms were clean and warm we were on the top floor and the lift only goes to the 2nd floor so if you find stairs difficult like I do don't book those rooms . The hotel isn't far to walk to the shops but there are buses that stop near the hotel. All in all we had a great time thanks to all at the hotel who made our stay so lovely. Ps they only take cash at the bar .

Turkey & Tinsel 2024 Well from start to finish an amazing fun packed 4 full days/nights from live entertainment to bingo to raffles and games, full house of fun loving people. start your evening with a fantastic 3 course meal in there amazing dining room to a hearty cooked breakfast. The rooms are very spacious well set up fresh towels if requested, and a tea & coffee in the rooms, plus the use of free wifi. The staff are just so friendly, makes it even more enjoyable. Well done Lindsey & Baz and Santa makes a show. Any other times of the year the hotel is just as good, clean relaxing and finished to make our stay enjoyable.

Firstly, I’d like to thank Baz for saving our weekend away after arriving at a different hotel only to find it wasn’t ready for guests and what was done wasn’t to any standard. We panicked and drove to find another place to stay. Thankfully we parking up and The Quorn was just on the sea front so we popped in. First impressions it felt nice and was clean and tidy. We explained what had happened and thankfully they had a family room left. Very chatty gent and extremely helpful. The hotel was quite big and we stayed on the second floor, the room was traditional and very clean. Perfect for what we needed it for The ‘local guide’ manual was helpful, the room had coffee, tea, milk and biscuits and the bathroom had wash and cream. Enough towels and bedding and pillows needed. The hotel is in a prime location close to the arcades, restaurants, aquarium ect No parking but you can pay to stay in the car park opposite for £9pn and for location was again, perfect Breakfast was traditional English with cereals and fresh juices. Really nice food and was quick out. There was a small seating and bar area too but we didn’t use this Thank you

This Hotel can not be anymore helpful. Wonderful. Christmas Break, let me start with meeting the lovely Managers Bas, Lindsay and all staff Present left on the bed with a card. The bedroom spotless and very comfy. We had a Seaview room very nice. Food, food, and more food. Never hungry plenty plus they ask if you require more. Good selection meals over Xmas. Very good selection of Desserts. Nothing too much trouble. Singers very good especially John. John and Bas helped my Husband when I had an episode from my Condition Functional Neurological Disorder Quiz time do not think you are getting off light by Lindsay. There was 4 sections with 9 question each section. They are not easy but was made a fun and laughing time. Santa came but Bas went missing 😆 Present given to all. I had a little bit happiness toiletries, scent. Hubby received same in Mens. Sad to leave 😢 but our car broke down, hybrid Nissan The Hotel was shutting down that day but Bas let us stay until RAC came. Only thing is the RAC let us down big time. Kept changing times so Bas again helped by getting a recovery Company, as we was quoted 9pm by RAC! Please give this Hotel a go as you will not be disappointed in our opinion.
