The rooms are large and comfortable. The beds and pillows comfortable to sleep on. The shower provides water for a short period of time. There is a bucket and pail to mix and pour water on oneself. Staff are friendly and helpful. Yes. We had to walk to breakfast or there is a shuttle service. We enjoyed the morning walk short and easy.

We had a very nice experience at the Chettinad Court. The rooms are very comfortable, well decorated in the local style and the staff is very kind and welcoming. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and exotic. The advantage is also the link with the Chettinad Mansion next door. The meals taken there are an excellent taste experience and what an atmosphere (especially for dinner). I highly recommend this hotel.

Pathetic service staff are not aware of what is hospitality, they never care if guests, are under impression they are offering free stay and food not recommended . No food in resort need to walk 200 to 500 m and bfast for 1 km and no in room dinning

No towels in rooms when we arrived ! No pressure on the shower Bad breakfast : nothing left when we arrived, never get my scrambled eggs I ordered, breakfast manager went out we I asked him to come.....

Hôtel simple, sympa, mais avec 3 gros problèmes. Pour tout repas, petit déjeuner inclus, il faut aller dans un autre établissement et pour cela marcher 500 m. Le service du restaurant de cet autre établissement n'est pas terrible. Dans le Cherrinadu court, le wifi ne marche pas dans la chambre, et personnelle travaillant le soir est l très brouillant.

La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée suite à notre première nuit. Nous sommes restés deux nuits. Clients bruyants pendant les deux soirées et personne n’est intervenu. La climatisation fuyait empêchant de poser des affaires au sol le long d’un mur de la chambre. La piscine est assez éloignée de l’hôtel, de même que le restaurant. La cooking class à la Mansion était très bien.

Beautiful place located centre of Kanadukathan..we had a pleasant and peaceful stay...all the staff are kind and friendly...Mr.Gopukumar who arranged rooms foods and bullock ride...the chettiyar palaces are beyond imagination...we got more clearer explanations about the chettinadu history via Kavitha the receptionist where we stayed...we got goosebumps when listening to her...those who love heritage and history must visit this village once in their life..tq everyone.

Un très bon accueil, du personnel à l'écoute et toujours avec le sourire. Vraiement TOP. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. La litterie est bonne. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Je vous recommande cet endroit. Le petit déjeuné est dans l hôtel partenaire mais tout est TOP.
