"Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja apukas. Meillä oli myöhäinen sisäänkäynti klo 9 ja henkilökunta oli siellä auttaa meitä sisäänkäynti. Hotelli itse oli tilava perheeni 4 (2 teini) ja suuri näköala vedestä Sitia. Ainoa asia, jota on syytä harkita, on se, että se on poissa toiminnasta. Ei kävelymatkan ruoka-/kauppoja. Meillä oli vuokra-auto, joten se ei ollut ongelma. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Rocrita Resort in Crete! The hotel is around 1.5 hours from Heraklion Airport and is surrounded by beautiful mountains. I loved how peaceful and secluded it felt, and the views were breath-taking every day. The private beach was one of the best beaches I have ever visited. Our room was wonderful, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade to a swim-up room. We loved having direct access to the pool and being able to use it whenever we wanted. The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone was so warm and friendly. I especially loved how they remembered me whenever I visited or simply walked past them. Their service made our stay feel very special. Special shout out to Kim, Maria, George and the staff by the main pool bar! They were amazing. The food was also incredible. We visited the Italian à la carte restaurant, and it was genuinely some of the best Italian food I have ever had. Once again, the service was excellent. It was an unforgettable holiday, and I would absolutely love to return!"

"The hotel is very close to the pier. The store service is very good, and I notified in advance how to take the key into the room. So although it was very late to the hotel, everything went smoothly into the room. The room is modernly decorated, very clean and comfortable, that is, the bed has a platform to climb up and down. Stayed for one night and was quite satisfied."
