GH Hotel Fratazza ★★★

"I stayed with my husband and our two children from December 30th to January 5th taking advantage of half board with New Year's Eve dinner to be paid separately. The hotel is in a truly excellent position in relation to the ski lifts (approximately 50m). The rooms are simple but clean and well kept (they do not have a mini-fridge, but the terrace and the temperatures of the place have replaced it!), the ladies who take care of the cleaning are very courteous. The girl at reception seemed helpful and courteous, we had a problem with the hairdryer and it was promptly replaced, as well as two pillows requested in addition to those already in the room. The food is quite good, with the exception of a couple of meat dishes which turned out not to be that great. The appetizer is buffet style as is the breakfast. The restaurant room is kept very tidy and clean, the only downside being the lack of friendliness of the maitre d'. The reception closes at 11pm and perhaps it could be an inconvenience as there is no night service, I am writing perhaps because in reality we did not need it so we did not perceive it as a disservice. The town is about 800m away on foot, it's a nice uphill walk, but you can do it, enjoying, among other things, a beautiful panorama."

"Meillä oli kaunis oleskelu tässä hotellissa. Mieheni joutui työskentelemään kauko-ohjauksessa, ja henkilöstö oli todella apua tukemaan häntä työpaikalla ennen sisäänkirjautumista ja jopa auttoi meitä tarjoamaan varhaisen sisäänkirjautumisen ja myöhäisen poiskirjautumisen. Me olimme perheryhmässä 5 ihmistä, joten he tarjosivat meille kaksi makuuhuonetta lähellä toisiaan. Hotellilla on paljon tiloja, joita meillä ei ollut aikaa käyttää, kuten spa-palvelut, lämmitetty uima-allas, mukava baari talviyöksi. Aamiainen oli myös erittäin hyvä erilaisia ruokaa, hedelmiä ja juomia. Kaupunki on pieni ja kaunis, joten ei ole mitään väärin sijainti täällä. Läheisyys vuorille tekee hämmästyttävä näkymät parvekkeista! Pysyisimme siellä taas, kun palaamme tähän alueelle!"

"Olemme juuri saaneet 4 päivää San Martino di Castrozzassa oleskelemassa Hotel Savoia. Olemme olleet hyvin! Hotelli on erinomainen sijainti ja tarjoaa laajat yhteiset tilat. Huoneita on laaja, mukava ja hiljainen. Toinen tervetullut paikka menee keittiöön: ruokalautat ovat hoidettuja ja herkullisia ruokaa. Suosittelemme tätä - hyvin hoidettu - sekä perheille tai nuorille, mutta myös pienille ryhmille kuten meidän Domino Experience. Onneksi olkoon."

"Maksullinen oleskelu Dolomites alueella Olin hotellissa ja jäimme kaksi yötä. Palvelu oli suuri ja henkilöstö oli apua. Mutta henkilöstöllä on hyvin rajalliset englanti taidot, joten viestintä oli melko rajallinen.
