The food was delicious and the service was great. We enjoyed the ambience of the property. The staff was kind and prompt with the service. The amenities were up to the mark.

The location and ambience is good but the hygine and cleanliness of bathroom is very poor. And the wooden cottages create too much disturbance. It's not worth to stay here.

There is no sound insulation across any cabins and we could not sleep peacefully across the 2 days we stayed there. First night some lady kept shouting at the staff at midnight as she did not like the room. Second night a group started their drinking bout right in the middle of cottages and kept shouting and laughing very loud till 1 am in the night. When we requested the staff to ask them to move the party to their room or designated bar area, the staff instead told us that the noise cannot be controlled in this property and we have to bear with it. I guess they were right as it did seem like a big mistake on our part that we booked this property at rates with which you can get a decent 4 or 5 star property in jaipur or ahmedabad however since there are no decent hotels in mount abu hence we ended up choosing this. It’s not in mount abu but 20 kms away in some remote farm lands which don’t feel safe at all. Also dogs keep barking all night in nearby farms. It is also pet friendly which meant that some guests had their pets too in cabins without sound insulation. Now i guess you can imagine the plight of someone looking to sleep peacefully. Breakfast options were limited, but taste was ok which was the only solace. The staff was also ok. Do not waste your money and don’t get fooled by the pictures. This property is not worth it at all.

It was a very pleasant stay. Plunge pool is something i will check for all of my next trips. The staff was on very good behaviour. Food was really delicious and authentic. I would recommend dal bati churma. Swimming was the cleanest i have experienced but could not use it because of the chilly cold weather.
