This hotel is the best we have ever stayed at anywhere in our travels over many many years due to Tanina the extraordinary manager ! She helped create the most magical stay while we were there and even improved idea for hotel in Venice She arranged many transfers around lake Garda as well as getting us from hard to reach Lake Iseo and then also to driver to Dolomites . Amazing lovely woman with the biggest heart ❤️ The hotel is lucky to have her as without her, it would have just been a nice hotel in a good location Miss her so much! Lori and Mark

Il nostro soggiorno a Casa Scaligieri è stato eccezionale. L’hotel si trova nel cuore di Sirmione, quindi al centro di una ”cartolina” e le stanze sono confortevoli e di design. Ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale è stato il personale. Raramente abbiamo incontrato personale di un hotel tanto gentile, premuroso e generoso come la signora Tanina e il resto dello staff. Ci hanno consigliato cosa visitare e dove mangiare evitando locali turistici, ci hanno coccolato rendendo la nostra cena in camera davvero perfetta, ci hanno anche agevolato la mattina della partenza venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze. Lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia visitare Sirmione e dintorni. Sicuramente torneremo!

Siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza dal personale dell'hotel è la 1a volta che alloggiamo in questa struttura ,camera molto pulita ,non manca assolutanente niente , ordinata ,mi sono sentita a casa da subito .E ha 250 mt dalle Terme. ❤

Alles perfekt! Zimmer sehr Modern und Hotelmitarbeiter sehr freundlich! Frühstück fantastisch man kann nehmen was man möchte! einfach alles wunderbar. Haben die 2 Nächte hier sehr genossen. Lage sehr zentral alles gut Möglich zu Fuss auch nahe zu den Thermen die Sirmione.

We had a brief two nights in this fantastic hotel in Sirmione. Our host was Tanina. She literally treated us like royalty. She went over and above to introduce us to the best experiences we could have on Sirmione. She arranged for a wonderful dinner on our first night on the edge of Garda Lake. She arranged for a boat rental setting up wonderful day on the Lake, 200 Euro for four hours including fuel. Then Tanina arranged for a hairdresser to come to our room. She also made arrangements for us to dine in a Michelin starred restaurant that was spectacular. Finally she told us who offered the best gelato in Sirmione. Tanina, along with her colleague Simona are true hospitality professionals. They both went above and beyond to make our experience so special. They made us feel like family.

Chose this family run hotel for it's central location on our honeymoon. Rooms are spotless and refreshed each morning. Breakfast is served in the family Restaurant a few steps away with plenty to choose from using fresh local produce. The jewel in the crown was Tanina, who went above and beyond to suggest places to visit and arranged transport and bookings. Her concierge skills are second to none. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Io e la mia famiglia (due adulti, una dodicenne e un cagnolino) siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel per due notti, alla fine del mese di luglio. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto e piacevole, oltre le nostre aspettative. Da segnalare, tra i vari punti di forza dell’hotel, la posizione in pieno centro, a due passi dal Castello, il servizio navetta da e verso il parcheggio, le stanze spaziose, pulite, ben accessoriate e funzionali e, soprattutto, l’affabilità della signora Tanina, che ci ha accolto giovialmente, dato consigli, accompagnato personalmente nei punti di ristoro, regalandoci il suo sorriso per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Un sorriso che, da solo, vale una stella in più.

THIS EXCELLENT HOTEL! What a find! Spent 4 nights last week with friends in this very nice and clean design hotel. The location is central in Sirmione, beaten by none. And finally after the arranged airport transfer we met Tanina in person at check in after planning by email. She was really accommodating as two of three rooms were ready for us around 12 noon. She went with us to show the way to lunch at Enoteca delle Antiche Mura. She follwed up the same way for dinner in the evening, and of course for breakfast at Scaligeri's the next morning. We found the breakfast arrangement in the square around the corner very convenient. The waiters provided excellent service and delivered quickly our breakfast made to order from the a la carte menu with a lot of choice. We utilized the free sun beds in Jamaica beach one day, but we found it more easy to go to the small beach in the city centre to swim in the morning. Tanina arranged wine tastings and and a day trip to Verona. Nicola drove us safely back and forth in the hotel van. Thanks to Tanina and her great team members for a wonderful stay. Would go back in a heart beat!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently and I couldn't recommend it more highly. Firstly if you want to be in the heart of Sirmione then this is perfectly located. The rooms are very clean and quite generously sized for a hotel in the old town. The absolute shining light of the hotel are the staff who couldn't be more helpful. Especially Tanina who is the most generous and helpful person I've ever experienced on holiday. She will help with any queries or problems and knows Sirmione inside out. This hotel is ranked number 1 for reason and I am very glad we chose to stay here.
