B&B Le Saline

Lovely B&B by with view of flamingos! Stefano is a wonderful host, very welcoming and friendly with attention to detail - his breakfasts were delightful, delicious and so well presented. As a bonus for us he speaks perfect English as our Italian is sadly non-existent. We enjoyed the deck with view of the salt marsh from the deck off of our room. All in all a wonderful place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood.

Welcoming and enjoyable B&B We enjoyed our staying at B&B Le Saline. Stefano is a wonderful and attentive host who uses his artistic talent to make your staying confortabile and appetizing. With his breakfast, one begins the day with Sicilian flavors and creativity! The location is great because is just about 10 min by car from Ortigia, and is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Stefano clearly goes way out of his way to help his guests. Saw him helping guests with a Sicilian rental car agency that required much diplomacy. Breakfasts were wonderful, very unique savory and sweet options. Was able to arrange for laundry, very needed after 8 days of travel. Very knowledgeable about Siracusa.

Senza tanti giri di parole...stanze pulite, posto curatissimo, una famiglia a disposizione dei propri ospiti , colazioni con composizioni sia dolce che salato sempre diverse e sempre con prodotti tipici del territorio. Gli spazi esterni delle camere permettono di stare comodamente fuori dalla stanza in completa riservatezza... Veramente veramente bravi.

조용하고 쾌적한 곳에 위치하고 있으며, 발코니에서 보는 바다와 자연보전지역 전망이 매우 좋았습니다. 아침은 주인이 직접 만든 시실리 전통 샌드위치와 빵을 먹을 수 있어 너무 좋았습니다. 그리스 원형극장 및 시라큐사 대성당 등 유명 관광지역도 차로 10분 거리에 있어 찾아가기에 불편함이 없었습니다.

What a sensational B & B. Located at the end of a street about 6 km out of town across the bay. Parking is in the quiet street in front of the B&B very safe. We were in the grey room on the top floor with our large balcony, the room is a good size with a small hall & narrow bathroom the other end. If you have a choice definitely our pick, but saying that the other rooms are also very lovely and have their own balcony. Views from the large balcony are sensational, one end looking over the wet lands with flamingoes strolling about also looking over the bay to town & the tourist island, from the other end views of the other side of the bay & the Mussel & clam farms. The room is well set out even with a cloths airier & pegs, great when your travelling for 3 months. Our recommendation is the grey room for the balcony & views. TV has English channels. This is a bonus as we have found this is not the case in our travels at a B&B. The Breakfast is excellent, Stefano caters for each couples dietary needs. Provided in the garden which is also a lovely setting. We had the opportunity to meet the whole family, very lovely friendly people and made us feel very welcomed. Stefano gave us some great tips on where we should visit and all whilst different excellent. We would say the best B&B in Italy and we have visited many in our 11 weeks stay so far here.
