"This was hands down the most appalling stay I've ever had at a five-diamond hotel. Picture 1 shows an ashtray left by the previous guest that hadn't been cleaned. The kettle in Picture 2 had disgusting urine-yellow and black stains. I'm not sure if you 'cleaned' it with urine or a filthy black rag. Pictures 1 and 2 clearly indicate either a complete lack of room cleaning or that your staff are actively spiteful. And I won't even bother mentioning the outdated and incredibly dirty room facilities. What's truly outrageous is that if the ground-level parking is full (which it always is), you're forced to park underground, but it's only free for 12 hours. Even hotel staff cars were hogging the ground-level spots. After 12 hours, underground parking costs 5 yuan per hour. If your hotel cannot offer free parking, then don't advertise it as such on your booking platforms. Initially, I didn't plan on leaving a negative review because the front desk and service staff on the first day of my stay were exceptionally polite and helpful. However, the staff on the second and third days were rude and incredibly perfunctory. How can a hotel like this still claim to be five-diamond? Your audacity is truly monumental! There are many other hotels in the same location; I urge everyone not to be misled by this 'five-diamond' rating. This hotel is an absolute disgrace."
