"The hotel is only accessible by car, and there is no public transportation. Parking is OK, just park on the roadside, free of charge. It's like a village, and there is only one restaurant. If you don't make a reservation, there may be no seats."

"We stayed here our last night of a 10-day visit to Portugal and absolutely loved it. We had a fabulous ocean view room that was very spacious. After hiking around in the heat for a while, being able to cool off in the pool was great. Very close walk to local restaurants. We went to one recommended by the hotel and it was great. We used it as a base to visit Sintra. Also nice to have parking. Great place to end our trip. I would highly recommend this place."

"Honestly: this is one of those places why you should have the option to give more than 5 stars. What a guesthouse, just fantastic! You can spend days on the property and not get bored playing tennis, piano, billiards, swimming, or being served breakfast on the patio by a great staff. But if for some inexplicable reason you’ve seen enough of the beautiful guesthouse and the amazing gardens, just go outside of the grounds and have nature treat you with the most stunning views. From cliffs and high hills overlooking the ocean, to beaches with high waves, to green beautiful forests which are litteraly in the clouds sometimes. It really felt like a privilege to have been a guest at Quinta do Cabo! Tip for others who want to feel privileged: get there by car, preferrably one that has a bit more ground clearance. But that goes for the entire Sintra-Cascais Natural Park area."
