"Average really. Places around the resort close at relatively early times. For the prices you pay you would expect more amenities. Room cleaning is sporadic (11am to like 4pm?). It came be requested from the front desk without question of course. In fact, the front desk is what gives it a 4-5 star. They’re efficient. We were offered a 175 gift card for a 90 min presentation for timeshare…we said we would get back to the host within a few hours…we did…she went home and no one at the desk knew the details. Shame. But that sort of sums it up. It excels in some areas but there are others that just falls short of a resort."

"The room is very good. The environment is better, a few hundred meters of exclusive beach, no outsiders are not crowded and safe, the beach chairs are always rich. This resort is a mix of all inclusive and single-stay. In order to deal with single-stay travelers, all restaurants and bars in the resort, even bottled water, are priced and need to sign. All-inclusive passengers sign the order without charge, but still have to sign, and there is a tip column. Really all-inclusive resort, all food and beverage services are priceless, enjoy it at will, no tip, no need to consider paying after check-in. So in contrast, all-inclusive travelers will not adapt, and it will be offensive to sign a bottle of water. Because all fees have been paid at the time of booking."

"I booked transfer from the airport but nobody was there. Only a sorry as I arrived. Nothing else and I had to pay much more for the taxi as for the hotel transfer. At the poolside restaurant the waitress didn’t recognise guests. Island tour should cost 56 Dollar, on the bill was 70 Dollar No possibly for staying a little bit longer than 10 o‘clock. Even you like to pay. The service people at the reception are far from friendly."

"I couldn't find a way to contact this accommodation, but I found the phone number and that was connected to a WhatsApp account. I wanted to ask if I could securely store my luggage before official check-in time since I would arrive quite early in the morning. I got a quick response that it was no problem. And when I arrived a few days later, the room was already ready for me. The owner Jules made sure that it was. I was very happy about it. The accommodation is also very close to a big Carrefour supermarket. Public transport can also be found very nearby. And the bed was very comfortable!"

"do not stay here unless you like the smell of rotting seaweed. we asked if there were going to be any issues due to the hurricane the day before we arrived they said no. when we arrived they said they assured us i the sea **** would be cleaned everyday. they even recommended that we use the Marriott Beach so we did. they gave us walking directions... I would not recommend that hike. they also stated they would not give us a refund."
