位置一般，我們去主要景點全部都需要至少步行15分鐘，在寒冷的冬天有些讓人頭痛，旁邊停車費用28Eur，但是停車場環境很差，並且可不可以直接到達酒店。

The room is generally small, but enough for 1 person. The room is clean, including bedding and toilet. But the room is too dark, which is very difficult to read or even watch the television. The soundproof of the room is not that good. The first night, I was waken up by the police car outside the window. The morning after the second night, I was waken up by the cleaner sounds outside my door. The sound of people talking outside the corridor are as loud as it seems like they are inside the room. But my stay in general is comfortable. The location is not close to the city centre, but there is a metro and train station around. Metro station is just outside the hotel. The trains station is about 5 to 10 minutes walk. It is convenient if you are visiting other cities, but it takes time for transport if you are going around Brussels.

Great location, beautiful interiors. I really liked the fact that there is a filtered water fountain on every floor, with soft nature background audio. Gym and sauna are absolute perks. It was warm, welcoming and spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. I would stay here again next time I visit the city.

Ah, Hotel Indigo Brussels – where the décor is as vibrant as a botanical garden, yet the walls are as thin as a tulip’s petal.  Let’s start with breakfast: for €25 per person, one might expect a royal feast. Instead, we were treated to a continental breakfast that seemed to have misplaced half of its hot items. And charging extra for a pancake? That’s just flipping outrageous! The room itself was a mixed bouquet. While the design was unique, the noise levels were more suited to a lively greenhouse than a restful retreat. Conversations from neighboring rooms were as clear as a bell, making sleep as elusive as a rare orchid. On the bright side, the hotel’s location is prime—perfect for exploring the city center and conveniently close to the north train station.  In summary, Hotel Indigo Brussels offers a unique design and great location, but at a price point that leaves you feeling like you’ve paid for a rose and received a daisy.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was warm, cozy, and made us feel right at home. The location is absolutely perfect for travel, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommended!

地理位置方便。

早朝に空港到着の為、事前にアーリーチェックインをお願いしました。ホテルに連絡するも返事がなく、trip.comに連絡をしました。回答はできないとの事でしたが、後日ホテルからメールの返信があり、部屋が空いていればとの事でした。宿泊当日早朝にも関わらず、アーリーチェックインをさせていただきとても助かりました！ありがとうございます。場所はグランプラスから徒歩10分程、近くにマーケットもあり便利な場所でした。北駅は雰囲気があまり良くありませんが、深夜を避ければ大丈夫です。遅くなる際は中央駅で降り、歩いてホテルに帰りました。部屋は狭いですが、とても親切な対応で良かったです！

Beautiful hotel. Went for the premium which was very spacious. Great food in the hotel too. Good location to walk to the centre.

Good location however housecleaning was not great, we asked for sheets to be changed and realised the same ones were put on. Not impressed.

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels was a pleasant blend of charm and hospitality.  The hotel's location is impeccable. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes. However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel. Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.
