I stayed at an accessible 2 bedroom apartment for 5 nights. This is close to the centre of town while being in a quiet area right next to the library. Same feedback as my last visit a few months ago clean, no odours, quiet, spacious. Self-contained with cooking and laundry facilities. Toiletries - full-sizes shampoo conditioner and body wash. Daily service of the room. Breakfast pack each morning as well! Shower is comfortable with great hot water. Bed a little uncomfortable - I could feel the springs in the mattress (I am a very slim person !) and thin pillows. 2 air con services the apartment well. No restaurant on-site but they are just a few minutes by car. There is a gym and swimming pool across the road and offers casual rates. Wifi remains slow but at least no longer drops out. Typical 5 mbps upload and 3 mbps download - expect webpages to take a little while to load. The only thing that puzzles me is why the cost is so much higher than other equivalent Quest at other locations. Very much enjoyed my stay again.

The room itself was great, Booked for 3 guests and one had to take the couch, no roll away available I booked on the day of check in and staff seemed almost annoyed she had to get up to check us in, Quite rudely said you didn’t give any notice so just give me a minute, Desk was unstaffed so it took 10 minutes to work out how to call someone to come give me the key Check in could be managed a whole lot better

Stayed 2 nights last week. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, well-appointed, quiet apartment. Good position near Council and town. Good value. Overall, I would definitely stay again and recommend.

A pleasant stay in a serviced apartment in the upper Hunter, well located for travel to the wine area's or the stud farms around Muswellbrook. Spacious with all the normal facilities you would expect to find in a city serviced apartment. Easy check in and departure with no delays, plenty of car park space and easy access. Well laid out for business traveller's and visitors alike. Only issue - I dont like showers over a bath.

Had a comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The late night check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and easy to communicate with.

I had an excellent experience during my visit. All of the reception staff consistently went above and beyond their duties to ensure a welcoming and positive experience. They were always helpful, friendly, and professional, greeting everyone with genuine smiles and making guests feel valued and comfortable. Their outstanding customer service and positive attitude are a true credit to the organization. Highly recommended.

Our apartment was very clean and well presented. Perfect amount of space for a family of 5. Didn’t get to spend as much time in the apartment as we wanted due to other commitments but will definitely stay again.
