我對這家酒店的服務感到非常失望,特別是前台員工Tim的態度令人無法接受:
1. Tim的服務態度極其惡劣,表現出明顯的歧視行為。對中國遊客大聲呵斥,拒絕提供拖鞋和牙刷,甚至要求中國遊客付款5新幣購買拖鞋。他還編造了許多隱藏費用,強迫客人付款。
2. 酒店根本不是大床房,而是兩個雙床拼接在一起,床單上有污漬,且出現了不明污穢,非常不衞生。
3. 房間噪音非常大,幾乎無法入睡,聲音比飛機起飛時還要響。儘管Tim承諾第二天修理噪音問題,但第二天依然沒有修好。
希望酒店管理層能夠看到這條評價並及時聯繫我解決問題,否則我將向相關主管部門投訴,曝光到媒體,並追究責任。房間號:406,入住日期:0226-0228。
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel, especially with the attitude of the front desk staff member, Tim:
1. Tim’s service was highly unprofessional and discriminatory. He shouted at Chinese guests, refused to provide slippers and toothbrushes, and even demanded 5 SGD per pair for slippers. He fabricated many hidden charges and forced guests to pay.
2. The room was not a double bed as promised, but two twin beds pushed together. The sheets were stained, and there were unidentifiable stains, which made the room unhygienic.
3. The noise level in the room was unbearable, louder than the sound of a plane taking off, making it impossible to sleep. Although Tim promised to fix the noise issue the following day, nothing was done.
I expect hotel management to address this issue and contact me directly. If no action is taken, I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities, expose this issue to the media, and pursue further action. Room 406, stay from 0226-0228.
