不算很好也不太差

很乾凈，服務很好，房間很好，很喜歡床和枕頭，很舒服。不過推小童車和行李多的要慎重考慮，遇到最麻煩的酒店，沒有直接可以到出租車站的電梯，轉來轉去的，很不人性化。公寓和酒店都一樣，酒店需要門僮幫忙抬下去，很尷尬，每天出去幾趟，每次都考慮要不要給小費，不給吧他們為我服務了，還很辛苦。總之，沒有這方面顧慮的可以考慮。

兩房一廳，面積寬敞，景觀好。周圍交通方便。房內有洗衣機和烘乾機，適合長住人士。 房內有螞蟻，這點在熱帶國家比較常見。 酒店內衞浴設施供應不夠充足。

房間挺大，設施一般在新加坡這種地方其實算不錯了

Feel like home here, so convenient! Near supermarket, raffle hospital, not far from public transportation

During my one-month stay, thanks to the friendly and considerate hotel staff, I was able to enjoy a very pleasant and comfortable life without feeling any inconvenience or sense of unfamiliarity in a foreign place. In particular, I believe that Cindy and the current rotation staff are not only highly professional but also warmer and more welcoming than staff at any other hotel in any country. I sincerely want to express my heartfelt gratitude to them. The hotel facilities and room conditions were slightly dated, but they were quiet and clean. The swimming pool and gym were spacious, convenient to use, and overall very satisfying.

Smelling bad

Such kind personnel - stayed in the serviced suites for 9 months and they always put a smile on my face, felt like family. Also always prompt on addressing any issues at all. Would highly highly recommend! Thank you Cindy, Oscar, Tyas, Aiman, Kisho and Alfonsa!!

Space, light and great staff. I stayed in an apartment on the 20th floor of building housing the serviced apartments, which had a fabulous view back out to the sea with the Singapore Flyer to the right and the stadium to the left. The apartment is spacious, clean, cosy and very quiet. The kitchen is functional and there is a great washing machine. The luxury of space in Singapore accommodation can’t be taken for granted and I found it comfortable and very relaxing. The staff in the desk and the cleaning staff were all friendly, kind and good at their jobs. The location is also good - near Nicoll Highway and Bugis MRT stations. There is a Cold Storage supermarket at Bugis, as well as 2 convenience stores downstairs. The pool was nice and clean, with areas to sit and relax as well. The apartments are behind the main hotel and can be reached from Nicoll Highway or Beach Road. Kampong Glam is across the road and Suntec about 5-10 minutes’ walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in a good location. The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport and many superb restaurants and cafes, as well as being close to local attractions. However, some of the MRT line was under repair and so we had to use to often use alternative transport. There were 2 convenience stores within minutes of the hotel. The view from the room was excellent, looking over the Marina Bay, giving us a view of brilliant sunrises and sunsets. The housekeeping staff were attentive and helpful. We need to give a special mention to Tyas, at the front desk. She was very welcoming, helpful and personally delivered a birthday cake to our room for my daughter. The hotel provided a superb cake for my daughter which which catered to her specific dietary needs, making our stay even more memorable. The pool and spa facilities were also great. The apartment was more than big enough for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped, we were even provided with laundry detergent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous stay at ParkRoyal Serviced Suites Beach Road during our recent visit to Singapore in October 2024. This visit was a celebration of my 60th birthday and so we really wanted the place where we lived for the time in Singapore to be extra special and we were not disappointed. The building is centrally located and within easy walking distance from one of the iconic locations in Singapore, Haji Lane and nearby to Arab Street. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we had a lovely view from the living room which provided a beautiful backdrop to early and late-night tea drinking. Housekeeping came daily except for Sunday, (which was fine with us). The gym was compact and had all the necessary equipment to remain in shape over a holiday including countless epicurean delights. The Spa was delightful and easily accessible while breakfast could be had at downstairs at Ginger restaurant or at any of the nearby eateries. Ginger offers a buffet with a lot of food choices. We used the airport transportation that was offered by the hotel to take us to the airport, and this was a seamless process. However, by far the best thing about ParkRoyal Serviced Suite was the staff! They were warm, friendly, knowledgeable and really great representatives of both the hotel and their country. Always a pleasant greeting as you entered or left the hotel without being intrusive and this obtained across the board with each staff member we encountered. Cindy, Kisho, Alfonso and Oscar are worth Employee of The Year Awards. They were kind enough to give me a birthday cake on my birthday and gifted me with an orchid bloom. I am a huge orchid lover, so this was a perfect symbolic offering. Interestingly I also received a birthday cake from the lovely people at the Spa! The people are who made this stay a wonderful experience.

Staff were brilliant. Little touches like ice cold water with fruit available most days was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at the serviced suites during our family vacation. Front desk has always been very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Special thanks to Cindy for being incredibly attentive and making sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The apartment itself was nice and tidy, with all the amenities we needed readily available or provided upon request. The location, right across from Arab Street, was perfect for exploring the city, with many points of interest within easy reach, whether by walking or a short ride. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. We’ll surely come again!
