Good value will come back again .this is not my first stay . But I think it is a good value hotel . Around hotel with good vibe story.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their exceptional attention to detail—they were friendly, thoughtful, and always one step ahead in making sure guests felt comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a great balance of comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt premium. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch—modern, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. I especially enjoyed the game room, which was a fun and unexpected bonus. It’s perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends and family. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern place to stay with excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

寸土寸金的地方，對於性價比，設施，面積這些我不抱太大希望，但要大床説沒有，給了一間雙床進去竟然有人，投訴以後又給了一間大床房，這種體驗有點離譜！房間衞生也是讓人擔憂，浴巾連續兩天都是臟的。來新加坡旅遊的話非常不建議這家！！！

즐거운 여행 잘 묵었습니다. 지하철 버스 다 편하고 주변 접근성도 높아요

クラークキーから徒歩圏内にあり、小さなショッピングモールが目の前にあります。ホテル全体の雰囲気は清潔感があり開放的で良かったです。 部屋は少し狭くてスーツケースを開ける場所に困りました。あとは間接照明が少なくて光が弱いのでもう少し部屋を明るくできると助かります。 また、コンセントをさせる場所が全然なくて困りました。特に洗面所は0だったので女子旅でコテやアイロンを使う方は少し考えた方がいいかもしれません。私たちはテレビ台の前で髪を乾かしてました。 スタッフの方々はとても親切でした。

Ive stayed here previously and had a good stay so wanted stay here again but this time, i had a bad experience checking in. The reception was so bad and unfriendly which is so disappointing for a hotel. Started off with a glare from the receptionist when i approached to say i wanted to check in, then was refused for wanting to check in with my singpass. And when i informed that i wasnt informed that i needed a physical id and didnt have it with me, she just ignored me and called her manager which wasn’t very friendly either. Unapologetically told me it’s between me and trip.com not them.

Good Experience

Room smaller and primitive than expected. The top floor library is not actually a library and not open for room guests but exclusively for the vip floor which is rather disappointing. Front desk service is good.

My stay was very pleasant and comfortable, with everything I needed available. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the reception staff, who were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

Service crew was friendly and helpful. Grateful that they went the extra mile.

Had a lovely stay at The Robertson House. Great location on the river and near Fort Canning MRT station. Would happily stay again :)
