第三次住，感覺沒有之前好，房間隔音效果不好，隔壁衞生間的水聲，説話都能聽見。服務還可以，地點也行，走路到地鐵站或者唐人街都方便。

Pillow is too soft. Not really comfortable to sleep overnight.

Overall my stay (business travel) was good. The first night I had to move rooms though as I was on 8th floor and the humming from the AC unit (that clearly needed repair as the room was also hot) was directly behind my headboard and I could not get to sleep so after 2 hours of trying to identify where the noise was and to get to sleep I eventually went to reception who kindly moved me to the 9th floor where the room had no issues at all, room was cool and quiet. Housekeeping did a great job, as did F&B and Reception. Breakfast gets very busy, they could do with more seating. Gym did the job. Location is spot on, next to the river. Drinking water supply for the room is not adequate. I stayed for 4 nights and was only given one bottle of water on arrival, this is not replenished daily. However the bar team were happy to refill my reusable water bottle when I asked them from their filtered tap system, and I could also refill in the gym. This is 3-4 star property.

位置很好 旁邊就是新加坡河 服務很好 周邊很方便

交通方便，房間乾淨衞生，服務也比較好，就是房間小

這裏位置算不錯，這家外國人住的多。酒店又小又貴，保養打理得一般般。

房間相對周邊這個價位挺大的了，但是外國人偏多很少中國人，酒店服務也比較一般達不到五星

Smooth check in process. In close proximity to mall, with limited food choices and walking distance to MRT. Room was clean and staff were friendly.
