If you have breath problem . Don’t stay here. I use to stay this hotel since last year . But my recent stay found that room ventilation really not bring in fresh air . I can’t really stay long time in room otherwise I will feel dizzy .

酒店位於新加坡河邊，沿河一帶都是飯店，走個幾分鐘就到克拉碼頭有很多遊船，再往前走一會是牛車水。房間乾淨衞生，很安靜，每天打掃。

服務整體不錯，入住體驗好，前台服務好。重點誇讚客房服務，乾淨整潔有心思。 客房比圖片上看起來小很多，尤其是雙人床，實際很小 睡覺比較擠。 酒店餐飲大部分服務都不錯，但是有一個印度裔女服務員態度不好，一聽説要用餐飲消費卷還翻白眼 酒店位置不錯，在新加坡河岸，福康寧公園旁。

Was just alright. Room was clean and reasonably sized for Singapore. In no way would I consider this a 5-star hotel though. There was no sound-proofing and i couldn't sleep well the entire night despite the comfortable bed. You can hear doors slamming from other hotel guests, pipe and water noises when upstairs were using the bathroom, people talking etc. Check-in was a swift and efficient affair. Frontdesk staff were not particularly warm nor attentive and preferred to sit and stare at their screens instead of greeting or assisting guests. The $20 credit was a nice touch to get some bites at their lobby restaurant. The fries were great. Also, do check out their bar which is located on the other side of the building, friendly bartender and beautiful decor.

My girlfriend and I had a pleasant stay at The Robertson House by The Crest Collection, location was great and room was small but clean. Only downside was that there was no drinking water provided and that the hotel does not pick up calls for enquiries.

The service counter not helpful. Waited 1 .5hours to check in. Asking for queen size bed but only got 2 single bed. The room is abit small.

Especially Please compliment Xiao Li from housekeeping! She made my stay so much better with her smart and kind service. (Though the shower design is a bit tricky to use, her care really helped!)

酒店整體裝修非常現代，風格簡約而有設計感，大堂、泳池區和餐廳都有很強的社交氛圍，適合年輕人打卡。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒服，配有膠囊咖啡機和智能電視，小細節做得很到位。 服務方面非常值得稱讚，前台人員熱情專業，主動幫我安排了提前入住，還送上歡迎飲料。打掃阿姨也很有禮貌，服務細緻。

Very disappointed. Our requests were not met and the quality did not match the advertisement.
