Oasia Hotel Novena, Singapore by Far East Hospitality

I stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. During my evening check-in, the front desk staff at the 1st floor lobby was not very welcoming—no smile or greeting—but she did escort me to the lounge for check-in. Unfortunately, no welcome drink was provided, and the check-in process took longer than expected, even though I had informed them in advance that I was in a rush for a dinner meeting. There were also some issues with the WiFi. The password provided didn’t work, and when I called for assistance, no one picked up the phone for about 10 minutes. I eventually had to walk down to the 22nd floor club lounge myself to get a new one. The club breakfast selection was quite limited, but I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. One major plus is the location—there’s direct access to the MRT from the basement, and a shopping mall right next door, which was very convenient. Overall, there’s room for improvement in service, but the location is definitely a highlight. Thank you.

Comfy bed. Requested twice to replace 2 wet towels & 2 bathrobes after swim but didn't arrived. Good location

房間不擁擠，衞生條件好，還送了地鐵卡，和Velocity連在一起，購物餐飲都很方便，直通地鐵，停車免費。

Convenient location. Staff is super friendly and nice. Really love the club lounge which is cosy and comfortable. Had an enjoyable staycation with oasia novena!

位置很不錯樓下就是地鐵 附近三個商場連通旅遊必吃的松發 亞坤 吐司工坊 cocon都有 還有很多其他吃的 而且出門很方便新加坡地鐵出行便捷 屋子打掃的也算乾淨 很喜歡淋浴的水流也很大 屋子面積也不小 酒店還可以寄存行李 如果下次還去玩的話還會選擇住在這裏
