Had a lovely stay at heritage collection on arab. The location is very strategic and although the room is small, the amenities are complete. Divina & Anj were really responsive and great at giving us instructions :)

Having to use the washing and dryer machine for free is a huge plus for us. It's really convenient. It was also our first time experiencing a hotel with digital keys, it was a bit stressful at first but our host is really helpful and proactively called me when it's taking us too long to check-in. It was a fun experience, and the bed is comfortable. I would say it's affordable because of the amenities. Had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel but it's next to Haji lane which is nice because it's easy to find food.

Clean, Davina, the ambassador is friendly, communication via WA is great, though room is a bit small but in the center of Bugis is the best location and washer & dryer is free to... the digital key is my new experience. Worth to try

Lovely hotel in the Arab district. The majority of the hotel services/experiences operates via your mobile phone. I have never experienced this before but I liked it! There is a member of staff during the day to help if you’re not the best well technology. Speaking of the staff they were always available to help, 24/7 via WhatsApp or in person. The hotel has everything I could think of. They even offered free laundry and drying services with free washing detergent. Thanks for a lovely staff!

Location: The hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the Bugis MRT station, making it incredibly convenient for public transportation. There are plenty of excellent shopping options nearby, as well as a variety of halal food and charming cafes. Plus, being close to a mosque is a great bonus for those who need it. The hotel is also right across from Haji Lane, a famous spot for strolling and shopping, which adds to the overall appeal of the location. Room: While the room is on the smaller side, it was impeccably clean and had no unpleasant odors, which is a huge plus for me. Despite the size, it was quite comfortable and well-suited for my needs. However, I would recommend it more for solo travelers or couples, as it might be a bit cramped for families. Customer Service: The customer service was outstanding! I encountered a minor issue with my digital key not working, but the staff attended to it promptly. A special shout-out to the team members—Mae, Diivina, Shannen, and Ryan—who ensured that everything was resolved quickly. I was also impressed by their proactive approach; they even reached out via WhatsApp to check if everything was okay and provided information swiftly. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and keep up the great work!

Limited space, room space too small but still good for solo traveller that stay for 1-2days. Location is superb at city center , easy to go everywhere. A lot of halal food around.

Its nice experiences to stay in the middle of tourist area. Easy to access masjid dultan n halal food around the hotel.

This is a nice hotel located on Arab street. I stayed here two nights, and everything was comfortable. The room is clean although it’s small I had everything I needed. Sometimes I had problems with the internet which staff couldn’t help with but they really wanted to help. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Thank you Divina, Mae, Shannen, Ryan. If I visit Singapore once more I will definitely choose this place.
