Clean, Davina, the ambassador is friendly, communication via WA is great, though room is a bit small but in the center of Bugis is the best location and washer & dryer is free to... the digital key is my new experience. Worth to try

Lovely hotel in the Arab district. The majority of the hotel services/experiences operates via your mobile phone. I have never experienced this before but I liked it! There is a member of staff during the day to help if you’re not the best well technology. Speaking of the staff they were always available to help, 24/7 via WhatsApp or in person. The hotel has everything I could think of. They even offered free laundry and drying services with free washing detergent. Thanks for a lovely staff!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Singapore, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Location: The hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the Bugis MRT station, making it incredibly convenient for public transportation. There are plenty of excellent shopping options nearby, as well as a variety of halal food and charming cafes. Plus, being close to a mosque is a great bonus for those who need it. The hotel is also right across from Haji Lane, a famous spot for strolling and shopping, which adds to the overall appeal of the location. Room: While the room is on the smaller side, it was impeccably clean and had no unpleasant odors, which is a huge plus for me. Despite the size, it was quite comfortable and well-suited for my needs. However, I would recommend it more for solo travelers or couples, as it might be a bit cramped for families. Customer Service: The customer service was outstanding! I encountered a minor issue with my digital key not working, but the staff attended to it promptly. A special shout-out to the team members—Mae, Diivina, Shannen, and Ryan—who ensured that everything was resolved quickly. I was also impressed by their proactive approach; they even reached out via WhatsApp to check if everything was okay and provided information swiftly. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and keep up the great work!

Limited space, room space too small but still good for solo traveller that stay for 1-2days. Location is superb at city center , easy to go everywhere. A lot of halal food around.

This is a nice hotel located on Arab street. I stayed here two nights, and everything was comfortable. The room is clean although it’s small I had everything I needed. Sometimes I had problems with the internet which staff couldn’t help with but they really wanted to help. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Thank you Divina, Mae, Shannen, Ryan. If I visit Singapore once more I will definitely choose this place.

全面互聯網化的酒店，從入住到離店，可以看不到一個服務人員，但是還是在網上得到無微不至的服務支持✊特別感謝Divina*, *Ryan* & *Shannen* 三位服務人員，幫助寄存行李，如果不希望有人打擾進行入住和離店的客人，這家互聯網酒店是不二之選，他們旗下的每個酒店的位置都是景點核心地段。適合i人獨自旅行體驗，非常完美，一路手機解鎖開門。

Nice area Arab street. 10 minutes walk to the metro. Digital check-in can be a bit challenging but the communcation with Andrew, Ryan and Shannen makes it easier. Room very small but functional. The laundry option is a plus! :)

酒店位置很好，離武吉士地鐵站大約10分鐘，附近有蘇丹回教堂和哈芝巷，非常近也就一兩條街距離。酒店屬於全自助型，沒有前台人員人工辦理入住退房。需要下載酒店自己的app,按照指引填寫基本訊息辦理入住並獲取電子密鑰，辦理完手機就變成房門卡了。進酒店，上電梯開房間都要用手機刷卡。退房也是直接點退房按鈕就好了。想要聯繫酒店工作人員需要用whatsapp 聊天工具，沒有賬號或者中國手機無法註冊的話就比較難聯繫上工作人員，這點可能不是很方便。另外，酒店貌似沒有會中文的工作人員需要英文溝通，要麼可能需要通過攜程客服再聯繫酒店。但是，酒店一樓有給工作人員留言的自助機器，好像也可以 酒店設施齊全，但是沒有一次性拖鞋牙刷這些。毛巾沐浴用品，洗衣粉洗碗液，抽紙都有。類似小公寓，基本電器全都有，如吹風機，熨斗，微波爐。還有碗筷之類的。 如果不太會用智能手機或者還是希望隨時能聯繫到工作人員的那種傳統酒店就可能不太推薦。總的來説入住體驗不錯
