以前最早的烏節路希爾頓重新裝修得 設施比不上新開的 但勝在地理位置好 離烏節路Ion很近 吃東西逛街都方便

1.前台有位女性工作人員態度十分的不好，好像一副欠他幾百萬元的樣子 2.其他的工作人員服務態度很好 3.房間整齊，但可能是比較老的飯店，所以隔音效果十分的不好，但有請櫃檯上來處理後就安靜了。 4.有提供蛋糕跟飲料 5.飯店下面及附近就是百貨公司不用擔心沒有東西吃，只怕沒錢買

做為ihg集團的酒店，體驗預訂了酒店，結果入住當天告訴我凌晨12-5點沒有點，也不提前説。辦理入住的時候在告知。真不知道怎麼想的。在新加坡這麼熱的國家。

Booked rooms for my family the night before my wedding. The room was big and clean and the service was impeccable. I had 2 rooms under the wedding package and booked an additional room myself. Shoky, the reception staff, helped to arrange all rooms on the same floor. I didn’t book breakfast for the additional room as I thought I wouldn’t have time for breakfast due to my makeup. But they offered 2 free breakfasts and arranged for a takeaway breakfast for me instead. So thankful for the little ways for me to enjoy my wedding.

整體中規中矩，新加坡一共住了三家酒店，這家是不太推薦的。 優點： 1. 位置好，就在烏節路，周圍商場大食代都很多。 2.離植物園很近，動物園也不遠打車20分。 3. 雙床1.2m，帶娃還是挺方便的。 缺點： 1. 整體設施和房間都老舊，走廊和房間都有一股黴味。 2.房間衞生一般，迷你吧櫃門打開裏面很多灰塵。 3. 晚上用吹風機，結果房間一條線路直接斷電了，雖然工作人員很快來弄好了，但還是説明酒店太老了線路老化。 4.沒啥服務，第一天扛着箱子從車上下來，外面也沒一個禮賓過來幫忙。

房間比較老舊了，尤其衞生間，浴缸可以更換了，或者改成淋浴，浴室洗澡水比較小。

Booked a spontaneous stay over the weekend as I needed a little bit of unwind. A bit of a mixed feelings with the receptionist who checked me in, initial unwelcoming vibes but she warmed up at the end. Room was big, spacious, and clean, bed was huge. Amenities provided were sufficient. A little too quiet at night (which is a good thing) that I had to play pink sound for me to sleep. Otherwise, location is perfect and near all the malls, walkable distance. D9 bakery bakes looks delicious I had it purchase one for myself. Will definitely return in the future.
