房間乾淨，設施服務都很好

Good location but amenities like gym is bad

房間還可以，靠近烏節路購物方便，附近有Fair Price和食閣，房間能做簡單食品。

酒店位置還好，出入方便，就是周邊在建新樓，工程太噪了

숙소내에 전자레인지,세탁기등이 있어 한명이 장기 투숙하기에는 좋은 곳입니다. 단지 창문이 막혀 있어서 요리를 하면 연기가 빠져나가지 않아 냄세가 빠지지 않슺니다. 주변에 마트와 식당이 있어 편리합니다.

房間非常大，位置也很好

Due to its location to the construction site across the street from the apartment, this place is incredibly noisy. The noise pollution is a mix of loud repetitive banging (construction related) and haphazard noise emanating from the construction site. I used a sound meter and measured the noise level in my room to exceed 70db. The warning of "Please note that construction work is going on nearby from 8:30am to 5pm and some rooms may be affected by noise" on the listing does not accurately forewarn of just how great of a disturbance it is. It was impossible to relax in the room, even on the weekend where construction activities are still conducted. Also the construction runs into the evening, to 8pm and sometimes later. Both the apartment and *********** refused to refund the unused portion of my stay despite my submission of videos and evidence, I wanted to find a more suitable place where I could work from the room and relax in it on the weekend. I don't recommend this place if you want to stay in the room for prolonged periods of time to work/relax.

シンガポールで暮らしてる気分を味わうなら…あり。 ８泊しました。 つらかったのは、 ①当日になって「チェックしたところ現地支払いになっているけど、クレジットカード使えないよ」という内容の連絡が入ったことです。 ②部屋のNetflixがうまくつながらなかったです。 ③部屋の中に電子レンジや食器類があります。また、電磁調理器（鍋とフライパンも）もありますが、流しがないため、部屋の外にあるcommon Kitchenで洗い物をする必要がありました。 よかった点としては ①ホテルではないので部屋の中に人が入らない。（私が利用した時期はクリスマスも絡んでいたので通常はわかりませんが、火曜、金曜がhouse keepingの日のようです） ②近所に２４時間ストアがあり買い物に困らない。 ③最寄りのsomerset駅まで徒歩５分かからない。 などです。 ミニ海外生活をしたい、と考える方にはおすすめします。リッチな観光を期待している人には向いてない と思います。

Staying at the Greatwood Residence at Devonshire in Singapore was a truly wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made check-in a breeze, setting the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the residence is superb, nestled in a peaceful area yet conveniently close to the vibrant Orchard Road, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities that catered to all my needs. I particularly appreciated the fully-equipped kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare my own meals, adding a homely touch to my stay.

一週間の滞在だったので、調理のためのキッチンが付いているということでこのホテルを予約。だが電熱ヒーターがひとつでは調理にならない。やかんでお湯が沸かせるくらい。しかも流しがついていない。生ものゴミは部屋のゴミ箱に、使った皿やスプーンなどはバスルームの洗面ボールで洗うしかない。アマゾンの奥地の宿に泊まっているのかと思った。しかも部屋の中には洗剤らしきものはなく、あるのはシャワーのところにラベルのないボトルがあるだけ。フロントに聞くと、それで手を洗い、体を洗い、髪を洗い、皿を洗えとのたまうので、またしてもここはアフリカサバンナの奥地かと思った。 予約後、ホテルから到着時間を聞いてきたのでチャンギ空港への予定到着時間（午後５時半）を知らせ、ホテルには午後６時半頃にはチェックインできるだろうと伝えた。午後７時過ぎるとフロント業務は終わるのでセルフチェックインしてくれと言ってきたので、念のためそのインストラクション（説明）を送るように返答したがなしのつぶて。後で分かったのだが、サービス一覧には午後８時までフロント業務をやっていると書いていた。フロントの担当者が、その手のいい加減さをまったく気にしていない。 一週間の予定だったが、３日で他のホテルへ移った。チェックアウトの際、残りの４日分も払えと言われ交渉の末、不本意だったが１泊分を追加で支払って後にした。不愉快さしかのこらなかったホテルである。 実は予約したホテルサイトのレビューに他の方への参考にと同様の辛口の口コミを書いたところ、勝手に編集されてしまったので、こちらへオリジナルを投稿することに。

問題ありません。 また、次回利用したいと思います。

The staff is helpful. But the rooms are a bit rundown and need a good renovation/clean-up job.
