Big space, newly renovated, quiet and great for long term stay. Near town and offices, public transport just across the street.

Very good. Near supermarket. Near food centre. The room bigger than park avenue Rochester. Ammenities of kitchen better. May be need walk more to get MRT station. Buat not far. The staf is good.

Nice room and pool/gym facilities. Around 5 min to fort canning station.

Booked Park Avenue for a family holiday with three children. One has allergies so I needed a functioning kitchen too. The apartment far outweighed my expectations & was perfect for the four of us. Location was central with easy access to all sites & next door to a shopping mall with grocers. The apartment was regularly serviced & all areas were very clean. There was a small pool perfect for a swim & for children & a small gym too. The service was friendly & efficient & helpful. Overall absolutely perfect for us & I would definitely return!!

住了六晚非常滿意。 公寓位置非常好，樓下商場超市星巴克711，椅子上坐坐都很舒服，走到地鐵五分鐘，步行到克拉碼頭，牛車水的fairp ri ce都方便。我們步行去超市購物。 酒店設施齊全，且品質都在線，廚房用具應有盡有，還有烤箱。做飯很方便。 雙卧很大 兩衞f非常適合家庭出遊。 泳池也不錯。 總之，對比了很多家性價比很高也確實很好。 工作人員mui leng和che rry都非常認真。 沒有發現任何不足。
