一、衞生堪憂:床上存在咬人的蟲子,嚴重影響住宿體驗與健康。
二、服務不佳:存在歧視説漢語的亞洲人情況,前台印度裔工作人員服務熱情缺失,且遇事推諉。家人被蟲咬致傷嚴重,酒店僅換房,無其他處理,攜程溝通時其態度強硬,拒絕補償與補救。
三、噪音擾眠:房間對面商場排風或空調噪音極大,致使無法正常入睡。
四、設施老舊:浴室空間狹小,公共浴室淋浴頭損壞嚴重,設備陳舊。
五、無電梯不便:沒有電梯,所有行李均需自行搬上搬下,工作人員不提供協助。
一、Poor hygiene: There are bugs that bite people on the bed, which seriously affects the accommodation experience and health.
二、Poor service: There is discrimination against Asians who speak Chinese. The front desk staff of Indian origin lacks service enthusiasm and shirks responsibility when problems arise. Family members were seriously bitten by bugs, but the hotel only offered to change rooms and took no other measures. When communicating with Ctrip, the hotel's attitude was very tough and it refused any compensation and remedial measures.
三、Noise disturbance: The exhaust or air conditioner of the shopping mall opposite the room makes extremely loud noise, making it impossible to fall asleep.
四、Outdated facilities: The bathroom is small in space. The shower heads in the public bathroom are seriously damaged and the facilities are old.
五、Inconvenience without an elevator: There is no elevator, so all luggage has to be carried up and down by oneself, and the staff won't offer any assistance.
