Приятный персонал и отличное месторасположение. Сам отель оставляет желать лучшего при его стоимости. Номер грязный, обшарпанный, в коридоре лежал огромный мертвый таракан 2 дня и никто его не убирал. Я бронировала номер с завтраком, но это был ужасно даже на вид, поэтому я не решилась это есть.

PUT ATTENTION TO MY REVIEW, DON'T STAY ON THIS HOTEL!! HAVE BUGS, RATS, DIRTY, AND THEY EVEN AFTER WE HAVE CONFIRMED WE WILL STAY 1 OF THE 4 NIGHTS THAT WE PAID THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE A PARTIAL PAYMENT!!!, THE STAFF IS LIKE PEOPLE FROM THE STREET AND THE AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT EVEN WORKING! ON SINGAPORE!!!!! THIS IS THE KIND OF HOTEL THAT I CANNOT NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW THE SINGAPOREAN AUTHORITIES ALLOWS THIS KIND OF PLACES TO EXIST, FOLLOWING TO MY REVIEW I WILL PLACE A FORMAL COMPLAIN TO SANITARY AUTHORITIES BECAUSE IS NOT ONLY RISKY IS TOTALLY UNSAFE FOR ANYONE TO STAY HERE! WORST THING IS COST LIKE 100 USD!!! AGAIN, DON'T STAY HERE, NEVER IN YOUR LIFE, LOOK FOR ANY OTHER CHEAP OPTIONS IN SINGAPORE!

Over all it was a good stay. Will recommend to family and friends.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and efficient. The hotel is basic but comfortable. The location and value are excellent.

Its the dirtiest hotel in singapore I’ve ever stayed in. Room was mouldy, dirt and dust everywhere, the elevator took so long and theres just one elevator for all hotel guests to take from the lobby to the rooms. It smells, its so run down and there are stains everywhere. I am so unhappy with this stay, thanked God it was just for one night!! I developed bad rashes due to the amount of dust just over a nights stay. Really gross and overpriced for a stay that is so shabby and unsanitary

Our room smelled like poop and we were really unhappy. We asked to change rooms right away, but they couldn't. All they gave us was air freshener, which didn't help at all – the smell stayed. It was a big disappointment. Don't stay at this hotel. You can find much better places for the same price. On top of the poop smell, our room had connected doors to the next room. This meant we could hear everything – all the loud talking and noise. It was really hard to relax. And the room itself was just so old and dirty. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned well in ages. All these things together made our stay a huge disappointment. Seriously, avoid this place.

Excellent hotel

Location of hotel is perfect! Everything is just around the corner and you can even walk to most popular dectinations. Metro is just over the street. Amenities are a bit old, but clean. Breakfast is horrible - small vhoice, food fast is over and you need to wait long time for it to be renewd. If you need tk choose then better book hotel without breakfast option and eat them somewhere else. Also they not provide ang breakfast box if you cannot make it to breakfast.

Very good location

24/5/25 will not stay in Hotel Bencoolan again. For S$170 I rather stay in hotel next door or across the street. The check in was handled by a matured lady who complained after how poor is the staff welfare in the management. The room is smaller than the image on their website; mouldy wall on both above the bed and toilet. And the toilet smell of sewage. I was told off by the same matured lady that the hotel is fully booked and I have to bear with the room condition. As a Singaporean I am really upset with such poor maintenance and sympathise with the visitors who are the victims of such low standard hospitality.

Hotel breakfast not much variety and foods taste not very nice. Soundproof also not very good. Overall happy stay as hotel was clean and bed was comfortable and location is good too.
