very convenient in terms of location wise, just 1 minute away from jalan besar mrt! the self check-in/out makes things easier & they do send reminders of when to check out and all. theyre also very efficient when it comes to my questions and all. might consider to go other outlets as well!

We initially thought the self check-in system would be convenient, but it turned out to be frustrating. The check-in process is unintuitive that even the staff struggled to use the digital door lock while demonstrating it. Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. The bedsheets, blankets, pillows, and floor mat were dusty and stained. I don’t feel comfortable using the towels. The room floor was so dusty that the soles of our feet turned black. Appliances, such as table, chairs, and kettle, were covered in dust. We had to wipe everything down before using them. It felt like we were paying to clean the room ourselves before we could even settle in. The bathroom clearly hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time, with mold, stains, clogged drainage, and a shower head full of black and yellow buildup. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. Noise insulation was another major issue. The walls are extremely thin that you can hear conversations, activities, running water, doors slamming in the hallway or next door throughout the day. Our room was lower bunk bed arrangement with neighbour room at upper bunk arrangement. This makes footsteps and conversations amplified. During rain, it felt like the rain was hitting metal sheets directly above us. The aircon also needs maintenance. It randomly stopped working. The change of temperature barely made a difference. The room either excessively cold even when set to 28 degree celcius, or stuffy when turned off the aircon. It also produced loud water noises while running. The common area tables and chairs were also covered in dust, leaving our belongings dirty after placing them down. The hotel requires guests to request housekeeping one day in advance, which we did. However, our room wasn't cleaned, and all we received was an apology for the oversight. This defeats the purpose of requiring advance bookings. The following day, I observed housekeeping and found the process surprisingly unprofessional, with bedsheets, blankets, and bags of trash item being thrown across the corridor before eventually being collected. After the housekeeping, it was much cleaner than when we first checked in, highlighting how poorly it had been prepared for our arrival. Our interactions with the staff were equally disappointing. Both in person and via WhatsApp, they came across as robotic, unprofessional, and lacking sincerity. Responses felt like templates rather than genuine customer service. Overall, I don't understand how this qualifies as a 3-star hotel or why it has so many positive reviews. While it is relatively affordable for Singapore, the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, excessive noise, and disappointing service make it poor value for money. I would only recommend staying here if you're on a very tight budget and willing to overlook the abovementioned issues. Otherwise, spend a little more and stay somewhere that offers a better and comfortable experience.

Location wise is very good and it's just beside Jalan Besar Mrt 😍 Overall, recommend anyone to stay here if you want to have a quick walk to bugis junction (about 10 minutes walk) 🥰

This hotel is located near metro and bus stop to go to the attraction landmark. This room is quite noisy. If you stay room type shared bathroom, you should prepare slippler for using in the bathroom.

The room was big and spacious, and the toilet was very clean. Everything was great overall.

The best option for 1-2 nights stay. New hotel, clean, comfortable bed. Not so easy to make online reservation, but may be it's just because I did it first time in my life

Convenient location with 2 MRT stations within walking distance. Room is clean. However, the aircon is rather noisy.

While it’s ideal for those on a budget, you don't feel like you’re sacrificing quality. If you're the type of traveler who spends the day exploring and just needs a reliable, spotless, and friendly place to recharge at night, I highly recommend staying here!
