Very near to MRT station with nearby mall. Clean and comfortable room.

Ini kali ketiga saya menginap di Penta Hotel karena pengalaman pertama dan kedua menyenangkan. Tetapi pengalaman ketiga ini kurang karena pertama kami datang jam 4 ternyata belum siap kamarnya lalu kami diberikan kamar cadangan di lantai 1 yg tanpa jendela. Selang 30 menit kemudian kami dipanggil untuk diganti ke kamar pesanan kami yg ada jendela. Kami dapat di lantai 1 juga namun yg kecewa adalah jendela nya td bisa melihat apapun karena kaca yg ada sticker. Hal lain yg membuat kecewa jg karena lantai tidak menggunakan karpet dan kotor. Padahal 2 kali menginap sebelumnya kamar berkarpet, bersih, dan harum. Hairdryer juga harus meminta dulu ke resepsionis.

這酒店，價錢公道，而且這酒店是非常非常接近mrt地鐵站最方便的了，而這區是印度街和附近都是印度美食。地點不錯。也非常接近私人醫院。附近也有許多名氣酒店叻，搭grab等都容易上下車，偶爾這酒店前面有節目看看的哦。很像那些檔口美食那些。值得來消費的酒店。

酒店位置非常好，MRT站就在酒店對面，步行不多於3分鐘就到，小印度就在旁邊，又是數分鐘的時間，非常方便

We really enjoyed our 6-day stay in SG! Thank you, Penta Hotel. Our rooms were clean, as was the bathroom. The location is top-notch. It's nearby the MRT station, hospital, and beside it, there's a pharmacy. Across the street, you have the smoking area! It's also just a few minutes' walk to City Square Mall and Mustafa. Everything was so convenient, and if we go back to SG again, we'll certainly book Penta Hotel again! The staff were very friendly and hospitable too!

Location is very close to the MRT, also Mustafa centre which is very nice for all kinds of shopping, good Indian restaurants nearby.We stayed in a family room, Aircon was very very good .Hot n cold drinking water was available on all floors, rooms were kept clean every day n also the toilets were clean . The lady staff at the reception is a very friendly and supportive person, we were allowed to check in 3 hours early.During the booking we were given to understand from the booking site that the size of the room would be 21 square metres ,but it was very small n cramped with hardly any space for the luggage n the wardrobe was very small. Overall it was a satisfactory experience and I feel it was a little overpriced. I would rate it as 3.5.

I stayed 5 nights with my 13-year-old son from 3rd Aug.2022. When I made the reservation, I asked about early check in from 10am as we arrived in Singapore around 7.30am. Their response was “on availability”. As my son had air sickness, I needed to check-in early to the hotel. I called from the airport and told them my son was sick and asked about early check-in (for extra payment, if needed) ,but the person who answered the phone was very rude and said “No”. The first Impression was that bad. I had to book another hotel on an hourly basis up to 2pm. We showed up and checked in at 2.30 pm. I noticed the hotel was not fully booked. The room was small but clean. The bed, sheets and pillows were clean. No electric kettle in the room. There was a flask. We had to fill it with hot water from a place outside the room. Not enough space to keep our luggage. There was an old small table, one bedside cupboard and a very small cupboard (only for hanging some clothes) with some broken cloth hangers. No refrigerator and a safe locker, too. In the bathroom there is only one soap and a small shampoo tube with a broken shower. Towels were there, but we didn’t use them. The positive thing is the location: a 2-3 minute walk to Farrer Park MRT, Mustafa shopping Centre. This might be alright if you’re absolutely only there for sleeping.
