I was excited to finally try this hotel after wanting to visit for a long time. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient, which I really appreciated. Although the room felt a bit small for my liking, my overall stay was enjoyable. There are some areas for improvement, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Lovely short weekend stay. Spent time at the pool. Breakfast spread not as comprehensive as others but the food are of good quality. Breakfast timing could end slightly later on weekends though. 10am seems a lil rush. Dinner at Beast and Butterflies was awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay in M Social. The front staff was kind enough to give us an early check-in and ensured that all our needs are well taken care of. The location is very serene and peaceful. The rooms are cozy and very well maintained. The food was also excellent. Highly Recommended!

This hotel is all smoke and lots of mirrors. Aside from the glam lobby area, it's quite ordinary for a four-star hotel. The pool area was very disappointing. It had rained, which is not unexpected, but the next day the wet cushions and lounges were left to fester. No care or attention to make the area functionable for guests was considered. There are some "inside" chairs in a covered area, so I dragged one of these to the poolside so I could sit on something that wasn't soggy. There's a washer and dryer--self-service. You must buy tokens at reception for 8 wash/8 dry. Check-in was unnecessarily beaucratic. Although already booked and paid online, I had to add my info again on check-in, give passport (sure; to verify identity) but then scan a code on my phone and fill in another form online with name/passport number/date of birth, address/phone number. What the hell for? Didn't I just give you this information? It's just a bad first impression. Lots of "let us know if we can HELP!!!!!" but zero interest in anything but upselling services with a pricier room, the restaurant, expensive goods for sale in the lobby. Not worth the price.
