We have found traces of cigarette ash in the toilet bowl of your room on the day of your check-out, along with several reports from other guests who mentioned a cigarette-like smell. To ensure transparency, we provided you with photographic evidence and the timestamp showing when the evidence was recorded, which coincided with the time you have checked out.Please note that we conduct thorough investigations before applying any penalties, and we make every effort to communicate our policies clearly to all guests. As stated during check-in, we impose a SGD 1,000 fine for smoking in the rooms, and this policy is communicated upfront to avoid any misunderstandings.We understand that this situation was distressing, and we strive to maintain fairness in all our actions.
