We do daily cleaning, so please let us know if you would rather have your sheets changed every day, and we will continue to do so until you are satisfied. It would have been better if you had told us what you needed in order to have a more enjoyable stay. For the record, you made a room reservation for without a window, according to what we could find in your reservation system. You are in the right room, as assigned. Although most guests who book a no-window room like extra privacy, we recognise that you might not like having a lower floor. Nevertheless, if your room was booked as a no-window, there won't be any difference in levelling as we could only assign the room which you booked for. In the event that you would prefer a street view, you could want to think about reserving a window room or you can send in a request but it will be subjected to availability.
