I had the pleasure of experiencing a staycation at the newly opened Mama Shelter Singapore, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the energy of the place was warm, inviting, and effortlessly stylish. The room was thoughtfully designed—modern yet cozy, with comfortable bedding and all the little details that make you feel right at home. It was the perfect retreat to unwind and recharge. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The food was hearty, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with a menu that balances comfort with creativity. Each dish felt like it was made with genuine care, and the service team was attentive without ever being intrusive. The evening naturally flowed to the bar, where I enjoyed a few drinks against a vibrant backdrop. The cocktails were crafted with flair, and the atmosphere struck the right balance between lively and relaxed. It’s the kind of spot you can easily lose track of time in, whether you’re catching up with friends or winding down after dinner. What really stood out was the spirit of the place—fun, authentic, and full of character. Mama Shelter isn’t just a hotel; it’s a destination in itself. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique staycation, a great meal, or simply a night out with fantastic drinks and views.

The welcome was genuinely warm, and one immediately feels both expected and clearly informed about all practical formalities. The transition from the front desk to the room is surprisingly energising, with dynamic lighting, music and décor that quickly sweep away any travel fatigue. The room was clean, with only a trace of dust on a high shelf, the bed extremely comfortable, and both soundproofing and air conditioning functioning impeccably. The shower setup is thoughtfully designed, offering a 3‑in‑1 product plus a separate conditioner, and the bench‑and‑table configuration by the bed is ideal for remote work, providing a colourful, playful background instead of a bed in the camera frame. The staff are, however, the true highlight: they make a visible effort with “exotic” languages such as Swiss German – special thanks to Vincent, if the name serves correctly – while also managing specific requests and orientation with ease, and the checkout with Leon at the front desk was every bit as courteous and engaging as the arrival.

Great atmosphere, burgers are to die for. Design is exclusive, with great service. Cocktail are well done and taste amazing. Recommended for friends and for fun definitely.
