Aloft Singapore Novena

Had a great stay at Aloft Singapore Novena! The hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from Novena MRT station, so it takes a short walk to get there. However, the overall experience more than made up for it with the excellent service, comfortable facilities, and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

Regular at Aloft Novena. Conveniently located and complimentary shuttle service to Novena MRT which is connected to 3 malls. We also tried their Penang buffet located in East Wing of the hotel. Service is good and food varieties is adequate. Overall a comfortable stay.

This has become my go-to hotel whenever I need to outstation from Malaysia to Singapore. I’ve stayed here many times and the experience has always been consistently good. The staff are friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent. One thing I really appreciate is that the food options nearby are halal-friendly, which makes everything much more convenient for me during work trips. The room also comes with a bidet, which is a big plus and something not every hotel provides. Overall, very comfortable stay every time and highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers.

Stayed at Aloft Singapore Novena recently and honestly had a really comfortable experience. The hotel has a modern and lively vibe the moment you walk in, with a nice balance between business and casual staycation feel. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, especially the bed which was surprisingly comfy after a long day out. What I liked most was the convenience of the location — easy access to Novena area, nearby malls, and food spots. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout the stay, making the check-in and overall experience smooth and welcoming

everything is wonderful the room the amenities the service almost perfect! except the distance from east wing to west esp when your staying at east you want to swim at the west tower, no overnight food service inside the hotel

Lovely birthday surprise during our stay. The simple decorations and birthday cake were truly thoughtful and made the celebration extra special. We really appreciate the effort and warm hospitality. It made our stay even more memorable.

Overall, I had a decent stay at this hotel. I had booked a room which listed a bathtub as one of the room’s feature. However when I first checked in, there wasn’t a bathtub, just a normal shower. So, I went to clarify with the front desk about the situation, and they told me that apparently only the corner rooms of the hotel contains a bathtub. I wished that would have been stated clearer in the rooms listing as I booked the room when I saw “Bathtub” being mentioned in the room details description. The hotel staff were at least nice enough to offer me the corner room, so that was really appreciated. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a small shopping mall connected with the hotel. The room itself was nice, and the decorations were cute.

This was my N time staying in the Aloft hotel,Novena, near Zhongshan Mall. This time I stayed for 2 days & it was not the the first time staying of 2 days in this hotel. As I previously shared of this hotel, everything (service, cleanliness, comfort etc) are good, nothing much to complain about it or no feedback, however, this time round I have 2 feedback (not complaining ah), (1) actually I was booking for 2 days staying, on the first day (can’t remember the exact time), one of the staff knocked my door, the staff thought that I was only booked for one day, but after my reply, the staff said will check it again, thereafter no reply from the staff, (2) As I have requested for check out at 1pm and got the counter staff approval during check in, however, there was a phone call at around 1210-1215pm on the check out day, by the time I wanted to pick it up, no more ringing. I presumed it was asking me to check out as it have over 12noon check out time. This was not experienced during my previous 2 days staying here. Take note that these 2 feedback (again it is not a complaint) will not change my mind of your good service all the time and I will continue to put this hotel as my first priority when I wanted to have good rest and relax, this time round I just wanted to share it (nothing is perfect) for your continue improvement. We had an excellent stay at Aloft Singapore Novena Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after a long day. The hotel’s facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made getting around very easy. A special thank you to the team for their great service and thoughtful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. Looking forward to coming back again!
