Novotel Singapore on Stevens arvostelua

飯店很新、早餐一流,清潔用品質量很好,非常現代的裝修,前台服務專業,形象也很好,服務態度也很好,附近也有特色餐廳,去著名構物點有專車到,泳池也很大！有種渡假的鬆弛感！房價也合理！

地點比較遠，但有 shuttle bus去stephens地鐵站和Liat Tower(商場區）。 前台很忙，因為要同時兼顧Mecure和Novotel兩家酒店，電話根本打不通。房務同事打理的還不錯。 酒店有兩個泳池，一個lap pool和一個無邊際泳池。Gym room沒開放，但可以免費借用Anytime fitness的gym room，而且位置就在酒店二樓的lap pool旁，很方便。而pickle ball場地原來要收費的，還挺貴 :(

環境,設施都不錯

very nice hotel, clean and modern with good facilities! they even gave us a birthday cake for our occasion! downside is they don’t have netflix. when we went into the room, the body soap was not topped up as well. hope that the hotel does proper checks before letting check-ins :”)

출장때문에 일부러 오차드로드쪽으로 잡았는데 깨끗하고 만족스러웠습니다. 주변에 식당은 많이 없지만 출장목적이시라면 추천입니다.

The hotel was very comfortable and the location was very convenient for the price.i had a good sleep in the bed and the shower pressure is fantastic! However there seems to be some issues with housekeeping initially. The cupboards in our room still had rubbish in them. We called twice and waited for several hours for a third bath towel to be delivered but no one came. The hotel was very apologetic and upgraded us to a better room. All in a good value for the price still.
