Amazing hotel, super well located. The room was spacious and clean. The best was the rooftop pool with incredible views on MBS

Завтраки были достаточно слабые для 5 звёзд. Многовато индийской кухни, при этом было мало овощей. Вариативность тоже была не очень. Хороший лаунж, но ассортимент там был немного меньше, поэтому ходили и вниз на завтрак. Также стоит отметить, что лаунж не на верхнем этаже. Из неудобств ещё можно отметить ресепшен на третьем этаже (а на первом нет нормального лобби, только ресторан) и довольно маленькие номера. Из позитива отличное местоположение, хороший вид на залив и красивый отель.

早班飛機，抵達酒店是中午前，還未到常規入住時間3點，同前台協商後辦理提前入住。房間雖然不大，但佈局合理，落地大窗，有直飲水，迷你吧果汁和膠囊咖啡機免費享用，早餐在一樓，登記LOBBY在3樓。對面是網紅消防站，離讚美教堂很近，旁邊有家商場地下可直通地鐵市政廣場站，可解決餐飲問題，稍走幾步去FUNAN商場還有麥當勞，亞坤早餐，離克拉碼頭過橋即到，非常方便。

酒店到魚尾獅步行15分鐘，還算方便，這也是我對酒店唯一感覺還算有點優點的地方。攜程一次定了5間三晚，一張訂單，凌晨辦入住説衹有4間房的入住訊息，前台的小夥子還不錯幫助積極溝通酒店負責人，負責人是個外籍女性，態度一般，全程在前台邊上的辦公室不出來，就讓小夥子讓我們找攜程，就給我們4間房，後來我看攜程網站顯示當晚滿房，肯定是超售房間了，凌晨跟攜程溝通，這裏要表揚一下攜程，態度、效率及處理方式以及補償結果都讓我很滿意

設施新，位置好，去哪都非常方便，房間帶兩個孩子的話有點小，不過有沙發可打開成沙發床很實用，洗手間沒有獨立的通風可以改善下

位置算比較好的，周邊有讚美廣場，福南商場，負二樓裏面有亞坤早餐，還有很多性價比高的各種美食。離克拉碼頭也近，走路十幾分鍾，走路到魚尾獅那裡也衹要20分鐘，離最近的政府大廈地鐵站也很近。可能是酒店新的原因，衞生很不錯。但是酒店很小，房間小，泳池小，大堂小，視野不好。前台不會中文

服務：服務態度一般，衹保持職業假笑，想趕緊把工作做完，不想真正的瞭解客人的需求，感受不是很好，；門口的行李員服務態度很好，平時會幫忙拿行李，走的時候也會把行李送到車上去。  設施：整體設施還是不錯的，酒店裡有很多的餐廳可以選擇，還有兩個泳池，可以選擇頂樓的風景很美！ 周邊：旁邊就有來福士廣場，距離克拉碼頭步行8分鐘左右，也有地鐵站和公交站整體來説還是比較方便的
