Belantara Beachfront, a beautiful beach resort, truly lives up to its name—it evokes images of nature and serenity. I visited this gem in January 2024 with my colleagues and was captivated by its lush greenery and peaceful surroundings. This was my first experience at a beach resort in Sindhudurg District, and I’m so glad I discovered this perfect spot for a quiet escape. The time spent here was refreshing. I enjoyed some quality "me time," played cricket, and savored delicious, home-style malwani meals. The resort staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Each room had a beachfront view, allowing us to relax to the sound of waves—a beautiful way to reconnect with nature. Belantara left such a lasting impression that I plan to visit this beautiful place in Sindhudurg each year, bringing more people ***** to connect with its serene charm. Thanks!

Belantara Beachfront at Pagere Wadi Beach was a terrible experience. The owner falsely advertises it as a private beach and restricts the local villagers from accessing it, despite the land being rented. The staff's behavior was incredibly rude, particularly towards the locals. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Avoid this place if you value respect and decency.

"Belantara Beach is the epitome of disappointment. With no corporate backing, it's a free-for-all controlled by villagers who have no interest in providing a positive experience for visitors. Privacy? Forget about it. Save your time and money for a beach that actually values your patronage."

"Belantara Beach: Where your beach day turns into a nightmare. Villagers rule the roost here, and their lack of concern for visitor safety is alarming. Corporate ownership is non-existent, resulting in a lack of accountability and basic amenities. Don't waste your time – there are plenty of other beaches worth your while."

That beach is not a private beach this is Pagerewadi beach. The owner of that resort is not corporate our citizen of pagerewadi so please visit carefully on that beach on your own risk. froud people are manage that resort and they arr not corporate our main people of that village .please please 10 thike think and go to visit that place

Belantara Beach falls short on every front. Don't be fooled by the promise of privacy; it's overrun by locals who have no regard for visitors. The lack of corporate ownership means there's no accountability or standards in place. Steer clear unless you enjoy risking your safety and sanity.

Totally bad experience this report this is not private beech this is our pagere wadi mandal beach ⛱️ fake people fake location. That beach is pagerewadi property not a belantara resort property so please visit carefully and corporate our pagerewadi peples

It's a fabulous place, has the best views and great food. If you're someone who doesn't mind putting a bit of an extra effort to avoid crowds then this should be it. Do not expect five star hospitality and services, it's not that kind of a place. It's got simple home cooked meals, uninterrupted views of the sea and a warm bunch of people running it. I had a great time and would love to visit again. I highly recommend this place. PS: It does require moderate levels of physical fitness to get in and out of this place. Not a deal breaker unless you have someone elderly travelling with you.

Sea facing room and a deck for chill evenings, bathroom window opening to the sea, a beach which is so scarcely populated that one can easily mistake it as a private beach for Belantara- is the least I can say about this place. It is, hands down, one of the best places we have ever been to. The morning and evening views are unmatchable. The host is friendly and the staff is supportive too. The food is good. Worth every penny. It is one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever seen!

The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Planning an event in Vengurla? This resort has facilities measuring 500 square feet (46 square meters), including conference space. Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 23 individually decorated guestrooms. Your memory foam bed comes with Egyptian cotton sheets. Rooms have private balconies. Private bathrooms with showers feature rainfall showerheads and designer toiletries.
