Walks along the flattering paths, among cypresses, one of which leads to the observation deck of Mount Koshka, a famous landmark of Simeiz and Crimea. Within walking distance is the promenade and the popular beaches of Simeiz, of your choice. The distance to the beaches is 1.6 km. For those who prefer active leisure activities, one of the famous water parks of Crimea is located 1.1 km away - the Blue Bay Water Park.
In all rooms there is bed linen and towels, a split system, balcony, shower, sink, toilet, several sockets.
Services for an additional fee: laundry and ironing rooms, hair dryer rental, additional sets of linen and towels, luggage and valuables storage, kettle rental, covered secure parking on site.
