"Facility is clean. Location is very convenient right off the highway. It is about 15 mins away from skill hills. There are restaurants and Tim Hortons nearby. Continental breakfast was included with our hotel package. There were muffins, mini croissants, cereal and coffee. Most of the staff were friendly. The only thing to note is the Pool temperature. The pool was quite cold."

The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at the resort restaurant, and it was absolutely wonderful — both the food and the atmosphere were impressive. The overall vibe was calm and elegant, making it a great place to unwind. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi in the room was a bit slow, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. We would definitely love to come back in the future!"

"A totally worthwhile stay. The room is two bedrooms and a small living room. We stayed with two friends this time. We were worried that the room would be too small, but the layout was very reasonable. We brought a rice cooker to cook our own meals. The hotel also provided a coffee machine, microwave, knife, cutting board and dishwashing liquid, etc., which was very thoughtful. The view was great. Although it was still a bit cold, the hotel provided free bicycles, which was fun to ride with the children. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel, and there was also a piano and singing. It was definitely worth the money. Looking forward to going again in the summer"

"We were happy with the front desk staff. Because we had booked a couple of months ago, we received our free breakfast. There were other customers upset that it was no longer free and cost $17 for cheese omelet. We were told when we got there by another patron that the elevator was down. We were on the 4th floor. It was fixed when we returned from dinner. The room was dated and smelled musty and the "jet tub" was ridiculous 😒 Not going to return anytime soon"
