Stay in a piece of San Juan County mining history with all the modern comforts. The Shotgun House features a King sized bed in master with attached half bath. The living room features a queen pullout. Enjoy a private outdoor area with panoramic views. The perfect location for all backcountry adventures. Our stay at the Shotgun house was wonderful. The house is very roomy for two people and is located in town, easy walk to town for stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook full meal. Loved that it was pet friendly, and there is a wonderful little yard. We will return.

Absolutely perfect. We stayed in this home between camping (before and after). It was wonderful. Terrific location in town. Terrific location for hiking & access to the alpine loop for off-roading. The home is clean and SO well stocked. The laundry was terrific to have. The bed, pillows and linens are all lovely. Communication with home owner was quick & easy. Check in was a breeze. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Nick!!!!
