Terrible

First I got there ask if can change my reservation dates, cause I accidentally put for next month they was talking about they can’t do it there, they said we’re not able to pretty sure you can so just took the room than on top that I get a hot room ac saying it was on 62 But felt like 80 poor customer service they can’t make customer feel greeted and welcome don’t recommend sleep here

Gross rooms, plumbing problems, sewage backed up into shower, rude staff, fitness room hasn’t likely been open for month, breakfast was a joke. Ran out before 8 and didn’t restock the donuts and muffins. Staff responded with “sorry bro”. Moved us to a smoking room after the sewage issue. Horrible experience. Sleep on a park bench first.

The room was not clean, there was no hot water in the shower, There was no breakfast provided, I called to ask about the hot water no one answers the phone . It's is cheaper for a reason I guess.would not recommend or stay again.

Not a safe place. Run do not stay here.I had one night here and slept with one eye open. I was so glad to leave.

The door dead bolt was impossible to lock and there were stains all over the floor...had to move rooms because the TV didnt work

The room had a weird odor. And appliances were all plugged out, I had to move furniture in order to put the fridge in. Breakfast is subpar and there are no shuttles to the airport
