Courtyard Silver Spring Downtown

Avoid this place at all costs!! They will take your money, and even after saying you will get a refund, they will double charge you and keep your deposit. The staff was extremely unhelpful and negligent, and after making an error on their side by not cancelling my reservation when I asked them to, I was double-charged by them and was unable to get anything back or even get an explanation for what happened. NEVER deal with the manager Raleigh I think is his name, terrible experience.

The room and other areas of the property were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that it would be nice to have breakfast included.

The restaurant staff (Drew) and service was excellent for both breakfast and most accomodating for late-night World Cup demands‼️ ThAnk-You

easy access from the street has a public parking attached to it so you don't pay on weekends for parking

The staff was very helpful to get us into our hotel room a bit earlier than the 3 pm check in time. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was very clean. The only problem was the noisy a/c, which I had to turn off because it interrupted my sleep

It's a very nice and quiet Hotel to stay in the Host/Cashiers/Atendents were very pleasant quick check In and Out the lobby was clean and the room was lovely with a couch inside of it the TV guide had pretty good stations to look at I would give it a 10. I will be staying again.

This was a last minute stay for 15 people and they were amazing! Accommodating and welcoming and helping us with parking and directions.

NOISY. If you are a light sleeper, this isn't the hotel for you. There was a young group partying in the room above us that woke me up multiple times around 2am and 4am. Walls seem to be thin. Lots of construction noise outside. Otherwise, the hotel is nice. Super easy parking, attached garage. Convenient location, especially if you are going to The Fillmore. Clean.
