I recently visited the rooftop bar at Ramada Element, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by Aniket. Even though I wasn’t staying at the hotel, I was treated with such warmth and care that I felt like a valued guest. Aniket made sure our experience at the rooftop was exceptional. He was attentive, polite, and very professional, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. His recommendations from the bar menu were spot on, and thanks to him, we got to try some amazing cocktails and delicious snacks. The food was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor — I especially appreciated how quickly everything was served despite the busy evening crowd. What made the visit memorable was Aniket’s genuine hospitality. He was friendly without being overbearing, and his positive attitude really added to the atmosphere. It’s rare to find staff who go above and beyond like that, and I truly believe he deserves recognition for his hard work. Thank you, Aniket, for making our rooftop evening so enjoyable! I will definitely be returning and will recommend Ramada Element’s rooftop bar to friends looking for a great night out with top-notch service.

Modern amenities. Polite staff. However, the plumbing in the bathroom was poor with poor drainage. The hotel is quite far from the center of town so one has to ride totos which is rather uncomfortable. The hotel has no system of hiring cars. The city has no taxis/Uber.

Worst experience................ ...........................................Manager was very rude ..... Many excuses they have for any kind of deviation from their side...... Staff on counters have not sufficient experience & capabilities to handle the customer. Staffs of restaurant and cooks are very nice.

Food n service excellent 👍 Ambience is very good service and food is awesome we ordered special salad and food. Service team is incredibly good Saikat and Amit gave us quality service at night very happy with the total experience will visit here again and again . Rooms are TOO small. Don't have a provision to keep suitcases except on the floor. Why keep a two seater sofa rather than providing a suitcase rack? Can't understand how can you have a room where suitcases have to opened keeping them on the floor bending one every time?
