Hotel is a very old property,As seen as Trip.com photos,not same, Furniture are old, Bathroom also very congested.Overall a medium quality Hotel at this price,not satisfied.

Hospitality was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, which is really commendable as now a days hotel staff are usually found to be inefficient.

The service and location of the hotel was spot on. Cleanliness and amenities are not bad but there is room for improvement.

Stay was very nice I travelled with My family. There front office people were helpful & upgraded me to a premium room.

Stayed with my family, and overall, it was an amazing experience. The property is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were courteous and attentive—making our stay truly memorable. However, I would like to mention one small disappointment. It was communicated to us that the “Hi Team” experience would be complimentary and a cherry on top of our stay. Unfortunately, when we reached the venue, no one was present, and we weren’t informed of any cancellation or reason for the absence. This left us slightly confused and let down. That aside, everything else was top-notch, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Looking forward to staying with you again!

I find the location of the hotel to be very suitable for my family. However, the allotted hotel rooms to me were very old, meaning it requires renovation and repair of some things including but not limited to bathroom taps, toilet. I had requested for a large bed in the app but still was provided a twin sharing bed. And the food was average.

Nice & pleasant stay at sarovar portico siliguri. Kakoli the front desk executive was very welcoming & upgraded me to a premium room. There hotel is very nice very clean. The food in hiuse qas also yummy especially the biryani. Cheers kakoli.

Over all good experience . Best part about Kakoli who took my booking keep me posted about room ,arrival additionally ask for food as it's was late check in . Good hospitality..keep it up kakoli. Must say Food qty was huge consider the Rate ..quality of breakfast is also appreciated 👍
