The place is good and everything looks nice however it was crowded with military personal may be because Siliguri is a military camp area. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and are very supportive. Greets you with big smile even though in this hot weather. That’s one reason I extended my stay at this hotel. Thank you all team courtyard. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed in this hotel several times already and it‘s an oasis in Siliguri. Perfect place to relax after a long day travelling or being in the hustling and bustling city. The staff is always very welcoming, specially Mr Lakpa from the front desk. The breakfast offers great variety of Indian and Western dishes and the pool is great to refresh after a day in the Indian heat.

The room is clean and the staff are nice, friendly and helpful. We had a good time to stay there.

乾淨的 不錯。入住的時候升級套房多付了4000多盧比，但攜程上為什麼要1700多人民幣啊？

Nice property...excellent staff ... wonderful buffet both Sunday brunch and breakfast spread ...had a wonderful time ...thank you for the complimentary milk for my toddler

Everything was perfect.. location was in perfect place food was excellent and all the staff was good even the chef was looking into all the table and asking how was it .we enjoyed our stay.

The stay is always good , this was my 4th time . It’s always pleasant and good so will always choose to stay . Overall the stay , hospitality, cleanliness was great but the breakfast buffet was not upto the mark .

Overall check and room was smooth and good thanks to ms Rity and mr lakpa Tamang as always for their very friendly and helpful approach.the pool of the hotel is always overcrowded as there is always some swimming classes going on in the hotel with lots of people in the pool.never seen this kind of classes being conducted in any other good hotels. As I have been staying in this property regularly but This kind of experience doesn’t make you feel like coming back to the hotel anymore. I hope some action is taken to make the guests at hotel feel comfortable and help them to maintain their privacy.
