The place is good and everything looks nice however it was crowded with military personal may be because Siliguri is a military camp area. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and are very supportive. Greets you with big smile even though in this hot weather. That’s one reason I extended my stay at this hotel. Thank you all team courtyard. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed in this hotel several times already and it‘s an oasis in Siliguri. Perfect place to relax after a long day travelling or being in the hustling and bustling city. The staff is always very welcoming, specially Mr Lakpa from the front desk. The breakfast offers great variety of Indian and Western dishes and the pool is great to refresh after a day in the Indian heat.

The room is clean and the staff are nice, friendly and helpful. We had a good time to stay there.

This hotel has long been a source of pride for Siliguri, and we have been staying here since its launch. However, we can’t help but notice a gradual decline in standards over time. We sincerely hope management takes the necessary steps to uphold the reputation associated with the Marriott name, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance for guests. On a positive note, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the premium room a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. The buffet, as always, was well-organised with a great variety of layouts. A special mention goes to Chef Subhamoy Sarkar, whose personal touch elevates the dining experience. He went out of his way to prepare banana blossom vegetables for us, which was absolutely delicious. The restaurant staff are extremely polite and professional, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. We hope to see improvements in the overall standards of the hotel, as it has always been a favorite of ours in Siliguri.

We are getting best service of room cleaning and other. Mr Subhajit is giving excellent service. We are very proud to come here. In future we also come in this hotel. The great value in the money right in the city center. The food quality is very excellent .

Courtyard Siliguri is about 40 minutes from Bagdogra airport. The front desk team was very helpful. Mr. Dispenser helped in easy checkin, explaining the facilities etc. The room was in 12th floor with roof to floor glass giving a very good view of the railway station outside. Siliguri kitchen restaurant in this hotel had a very good spread of options for the dinner and breakfast buffet. Overall, for a 1 night stay, I would recommend this hotel.

It was nice experience for 3 nights stay for myself and 2 nights for our 2 Israel delegates. Cinnamon Terrace Bar dinner experience was excellent. Israel guests enjoyed very well. Bar boy Kamal was very helpful. I had a well professional experience from your Front Desk Manager Ms. Reety. She was very cooperative in arranging Non Smoking rooms which were not available when our Travel Desk booking time. Also arranging Innova car for our city tour & Safari and resolving account issues very professionally.

Hotel caters for all your needs for a comfortable stay. special thanks for Ajit Sarkar and Parvez house keeping staff who kept standards to best of their ability. all over department are very good? Hotel place are central in city. Amazing courtesy in hotel. Thanks for all.

The the rooms were very clean, the bedding were soft and I was able to sleep very soundly. The room services were very good, the house keep Mr.Parver Alam did a good job with cleaning the room. Miss. Pema in the restaurant was very polite and keeping attention with our needs. The lobby tea shop products were great as a gifts. The front desk was always greeting us with a smile.Hope to be back here again.

Such warm and courteous staff made our stay flawless. Indeed, service with a smile is what we experienced during our fortnight stay at the property. Ideally located in the city, with close proximity to shopping malls and hospitals. Very memorable hospitality indeed.
