Hi....... The stay at Safron crest was too good all the staff and hotel members was so good in hospitality overall I would say the stay was on next level Previously I stayed in 10-15 good hotels outside and within India but the hospitality and services was not as good as I experienced at Safron crest......

Hospitality was top notch All staff members was very polite and quick in giving services Room was clean and nice and whenever anything needed from the hotel one phone call and it was on your doorstep Guard too were top quality Always smiling and giving respectful gestures…..

the location is very good, in Sevok road.
there r malls and all big shops beside.
they serve veg food only. but quality is good.
compare to the catagory, rates r high but not too high.
the best part we felt is their services and the staff behaviors. all room service and restaurant boys are good.
Now area of improvement: Reception people can be a bit proactive. and they speak Hindi (not Bengali or even english) as first language, so you will feel you are not in Bengal.
