Agva Kapim Hotel

Let's start with the good part. The manager guy and other chap fatah on the front desk were very nice people who tried their best to help out. But, could they fix the leaking water in the bathroom?  Could they remove this bad horrible stench in the room? Could they fix the heating ? Could they stop the water dripping sound coming from the ceiling all night ?  No they couldn't!  And I had to live with this excellence in this £152 hotel. My confirmed booking in another hotel was messed up, for which, I had to make a booking in agva in a complete rush. I booked for 2 nights but ran away the very next morning , after a cold sleepless night. The dripping sound of water  from the ceiling is exactly like  being in a torture room where the constant water dripping sound doesn't let the criminals sleep. I have a video as evidence but i guess there is no option to upload video on trip.com This is the worst of the worst of the worst you could ever imagine.  Nothing like the pictures they have advertised on trip.com 1. The already worn out wall papers were peeling off the walls giving an ugly look. The room and bathroom was filled with a bad stinky smell , that didn't go after multiple sprays of air freshener. 2. The wooden door of the room had cracks/ gaps in it, making the outside cold seep in. 3. The only 1 radiator in the room wouldn't get hot due to poor heating, leaving me cold and sleepless in January's cold. 4. There was a log burner in the room but hotel staff did not have dry logs so even after their repeated efforts, it did not light up. 5. The small  cubicle bathroom with zero watt bulb was in despicable condition itself . On top, there was a water leak.  My feet would get wet every time I stepped in the bathroom . The manager guy gave me a towel to put on the floor as a remedy.  Woww. I came on a holiday to do this. I wondered .lol This hotel is extra ordinary.  They must be awarded the worst of the worst hotel award. Unless the whole place is completely refurbished,  this ain't a habitable place. I WOULD NOT recommend it  to my worst of  enemies. An absolute Rip-Off. Stay  miles away unless you hate yourself and want to spend your hard earned  money to enjoy a time of torture in a dingy, stench filled cold room with a water dripping sound all night.
