Radhey Ki Haveli

I checked in on 22-11-2024, and I would like to share my genuine feedback regarding my stay. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience at Radhey ki Haveli. First of all, the room was covered in dust and there were hairs all around the room and washroom. The bedsheet and blanket were extremely dirty and full of dust. The tiles in the washroom were broken, and there were holes that made me concerned about the possibility of hidden cameras. The main gate allowed air and noise to pass through, making it impossible to get even a minute of sleep. You could hear voices and noises from other rooms and the lobby. Additionally, the staff was very rude, and it was clear that they had not received proper training. I had to call more than 30 times to request a blanket and extra bed. Only after contacting MMT did the issue get resolved, but it was a very difficult and frustrating experience. Overall, my stay was extremely unpleasant, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was truly a pathetic experience.

Considering the pilgrimage place and location of this hotel, I will say it's worth the stay. Food is decent and rooms are comfortable and team is very helpful. We stayed in Diamond room and probably they need to upgrade the bed/ mattresses etc Khatu Shyam ji temple is few minutes walking from this place

Price and location is ok. Rooms are dark. Stayed at first floor and natural light was not Sufficient, however room size is big. Food quality was very good. Hotels Staffs are good. They have parking facility which is good at such location. Thanks to hotel team.

Had a wonderful experience though our stay was a small one..just a night..but they did whatever was asked for.We reached around 10.45 pm but got many calls from the logistics team till we reach hotel to guide us to hotel parking.Was personally attended by the owner Mr.Vaibhav Jhawar and he personally took care of everything...right from escorting us to show us the property to making us have a look at barsana bazaar.We were not expecting any darshan at late night hours but he arranged VIP darshan for us which was the highlight as the mandir was open whole night.We had to leave very early in the morning and needful was done actively. The terrace is beautiful with jharokas and give a good view of khatu.It is located very near to the mandir and has a extraordinary mandir too in its premises.The size of the rooms were good and were well equipped with toiletries,coffee maker air conditioner, refrigerator etc Would definitely recommend to stay there and enjoy the hospitality and the VIP darshan too.

Room service is not good and they charge for water bottle after 2 bottles. This place is not recommended. Only advatange is this is close to mandir. Food is better at shayam hotel as compared here..make sure you carry your own water bottle here else get ready to pay
