Sehr schöne Resort mit dem schönsten und saubersten Strand der Insel. Personal sehr freundlich. WLAN Ausleuchtung könnte besser sein, Sauberkeit OK.

Wonderful beach, out of the night bars area but at walking distance. Clean relaxing happy and kind staff. All you need to relax and enjoy the beach.

Hôtel a évité car le manager après 7 appel et 2 jours passés ne nous a même pas rappelé. On a dû demander aux autres hôtels suite a notre débarquement du bateau de venir nous chercher donc on commence déjà avant même d'avoir enregistré avec un point en moins pour le service. Messieurs c'est bien d'avoir un business familial mais du respect pour ces clients c'est le premier point à respecter. J'en profite pour remercier l'hôtesse d'accueil qui a essayé de nous expliquer que son boss est un gros C.. inexpérimenté et aucune éducation. On continue par la découverte de notre chambre sur ce point c'est propre et la seule chose qui est bien dans cet hôtels pas bon marché pour 2*. Les matériaux sont bas de gamme le lit pas franchement confortable et le pire est la découverte de la douchette qui n'apparaît pas sur les photos. Il n'y a aucune pression et c'est pas possible de payer 70€ la nuit et de ne pas pouvoir se sentir propre. Un point de moins pour l'hôtel. Une fois la frustration passée, on se détend sur les transats et on demande un cocktail a 4$ ce qui est horriblement chère mais le pire c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'alcool dedans, les Spring rolls plein d'huile était bon. La suite est terrible car je m'endors sur le transat après un baignade ou j'ai la sensation que l'eau n'est pas propre ce qui est vrai pour tout ce coin de plage a évité. Je me réveille avec des petits boutons qui démangent ( plus de 50 au total) et là c'est le début de 4 jours de douleur.car.la plage n'est pas nettoyée par l'hôtel comparé a tous les autres et donc des puces de sable se sont fait plaisir plus de 50 boutons qui gratte énormément. A partir de là j'espère juste partir et je décide comme l'an dernier de retourner au resort la passion car au moins c'est propre et a seulement 25 € de plus il y a pas de comparaison possible. Je ne remercie absolument pas saracen hôtel car c'est le plus bas de gamme et mal géré des hôtels que j'ai vu du Cambodge pourtant a 70€ la nuit je trouve cela scandaleux. Pour être complet la chambre est correcte voir géante avec ce manque de mobilier intérieur et les murs craquelés ne vont pas résister éternellement. Le petit déjeuner est hors de prix et pas fou parter sur la plage, il y a que mieux et bien moins chere 4$ versus 6,75$ pour pas grand chose. Je suis dégoûtée car j'ai encore des séquelles de votre négligence alors que j'ai payé un service inexistant. Bisous d'un membre diamond qui ne raconte que son horrible expérience, qui vit environ 120 jours par an a l'hôtel et qui a une exigence première le service client et la c'est plus que mauvais.

早餐是點餐，英式美式本地三種。酒店小划艇就放海邊，住客隨便用，但安全也自己負責，酒店提供救生服。這酒店兩邊沒有別家店，加上房間都獨棟，白天晚上都特別安靜。這店房間少，所以前邊沙灘躺椅海里都比較清凈，拍一個人都沒有的沙灘大海也能拍得到。海水清倒是清，但魚非常少。漲潮退潮水遠近變化大，淺水區很長，沙子也細，非常適合孩子。這位置看不到海上日出，是從海灣山上出，角度差些，比較遺憾。下午左邊的山會遮住烈日，這時候下海非常好。酒店午餐比島上另幾個餐廳貴一美元多，味道還行，環境比較好，不想走過去在酒店吃也挺好。

We hadn’t booked breakfast at our hotel… and what a fantastic surprise to stumble upon Saracen Bay Resort’s restaurant, just a hundred meters away! Open to everyone, with a breathtaking view, it turned out to be the perfect breakfast spot. And the breakfast? An absolute feast! For just $14 to $16 for two, we enjoyed a delicious English breakfast, complete with fresh juice, a fruit platter, and more. It was so good that we ended up going back every single morning (how could we resist?). A huge thank you to Senghong and Srey Dav, whose warmth and kindness made the experience even better. And the cherry on top? The place is spotless, beautifully maintained, and with only two or three other couples around, we felt like VIP guests. Thank you for making our stay truly unforgettable. If you’re in Saracen Bay, don’t miss this hidden gem!

All is well and all is Nice. Das Personal, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, insbesondere Herr Hong an der Rezeption. Die Villa vorne am Strand, sehr groß mit einem super Aussicht auf das Meer, die Palmen und den Strand. Aber wenn jemand mich fragen würde, würde ich sagen, der Preis ist entschieden zu hoch. Deswegen auch Nur vier Sterne. Frühstück super à la carte und frisch zubereitet da kann ich nicht sagen. Sehr gut. Und noch etwas trauriges, viele viele Moskitos. Ich wurde regelrecht von den Viechern ausgesaugt. Wenn ihr da hin gehen wollt, nimmt unbedingt (ich Betone unbedingt Raucherkerzen gegen Moskitos) 🦟

Lovely place, comfortable bed and spacious room. And very friendly staff.

We loved this place. We treated ourselves to a beach view accommodation. It was magnificent. The size of the rooms, facilities, exceptionally large terrace. All was magnificent. Situated on THE best part of Saracen Bay, the beach was of pure powdered sand. I've ever only experienced such a beach in the Maldives. My only comment for improvement was the shower pressure was not the strongest. But we loved it and can't wait to return

Sublime endroit Bungalow splendide avec vue mer! Un personnel très efficace et accueillant. Tout est très bien organisé. L'emplacement au bord d'un lagon est parfait. J'aurais aimé y rester plus longtemps. Digne d'un 4 étoiles ! Je recommande vivement.

A lovely resort on the cleanest and quietest end of this lovely beach. We stayed in one of the beach front bungalows, which I would recommend as the view from your porch and windows is wonderful. Water is lovely - shallow and warm. Sand is white and clean. Rooms are a good size. Restaurant is fine - nothing remarakable, but quite good compared to the other ones we tried on the beach. Service was fine. Hong at reception was friendly and quick at responding to messages. Some confusion with ferries being late or stopping at the pier at the far end of the beach, but I think that was beyond the control of the hotel.

Nice hotel and restaurant. They should answer messages more often, but good customer service.
