酒店環境很獨立，都是獨棟小別墅，生態環境非常好，很多壁虎，有一衹還不知道怎麼進屋的，被引導出了屋子。這邊的沙灘沒有主海灘那麼平緩，而且有貝殼，主海灘往海的方向走幾十米的海都非常淺色而且沒有一個貝殼。本來想在這邊浮潛，但可能沒找對地方，或時間不對，沒有什麼魚，就看到石頭上很多海膽，還有很多螃蟹。總的來説，珍珠酒店還是挺好的。

A serene setting adorned our seaside villa & balcony atop, sea water lapping beneath. Villa 126 with vogue decor & a wraparound view to match was as perfect as the abundant sea life that exists below with crabs scurrying about doing their business a the sight of magnificent tropical fish of many colours including a school of Angelfish & an array of ever colourful coral spanned Pearl Resorts entire coastal boardwalk. Sheer delight! The highlight being the view beneath the waters surface in a CLEAR KAYAK at 6:30am the silent serene glass like sea water enabled a mesmerising view; an array of intricate coloured corals with hundreds of fish weaving through its channels, unbelievable in our now ever changing climate BUT it was real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truely beyond a 5 star resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. A perfect place to relax and chill after a busy tour. In a stunning location on a private beach, this hotel is an oasis of calm. The rooms are spacious (recommend oceanfront to enjoy stunning view and sunsets from a your large terrace). The menu is very broad and the food well presented and the ocean and beach, clean and welcoming!

If you are looking for privacy and quietness, this is a hotel to go. It doesn’t share the beach with other hotel and provided free activities like kayaking, snorkeling, and even gear for swimming pool and etc. The plus point is the ferry embark and disembark right at the hotel private jetty and free boat right to opposite Saracen Bay. Only minus is the breakfast would be nice to have more and different varieties. Overall, the stayed was satisfactory.

Beautiful and quite resort surrounded by lots of plants. The room was clean, big and relaxing. You can call the hotel to pick you up at the pier station if your boat doesn't take you to the resort. Breakfast needs to be improved. Very poor selection... About 5 menus on the table with no vegetables option. Fruits were displayed outside without cover lid so flies all over the them so we couldn't eat the fruits. Overall it was a pleasant staying.

Resort molto bello e confortevole , specie ville con vista oceano. Spiaggia e mare splendidi . La struttura potrebbe esser un 5 * ma il servizio, purtroppo, è un po’ carente e non certo a livello di un 4*. Le camere venivano rifatte tardo pomeriggio e a volte dopo sollecitazioni. Sul terrazzo camera non è stata , per due giorni consecutivi, portata via la colazione dei precedenti ospiti. Solo dopo sollecitazione la cameriera ha provveduto. In spiaggia in piena stagione mancano lettini. Basterebbe metterne una decina sotto palmeto che porta alle ville e almeno 3-4 altri ombrelloni con lettini in spiaggia. La spiaggia (bellissima e con canoe) viene pulita tutti i giorni ma non presto, quando gli ospiti sono gia’ in spiaggia e non ritmo non certo a livello europeo (un soloomino per far 100 metri di bagnasciuga ci mette tutta la mattina e non riesce a pulire la restante parte! Al bar nel contempo ci sono 4 persone che non fanno nulla ). Il primo giorno abbiamo occupato i lettini liberati da precedenti ospiti e nonostante plurime sollecitazioni nessuno è venuto a pulire gli avanzi del bar (bicchieri e bottiglie sono rimasti sino al giorno successivo) Il personale non capisce (salvo pochissimi) inglese e sbaglia spesso ordinazioni. La colazione niente di che (un solo tipo di briosce) e non sempre succhi. Il cibo buono ma caro per rapporto qualita’/prezzo. Con un’adeguata gestione sarebbe un luogo magico e non stiamo parlando di molto, ma solo adeguata formazione del personale , sempre gentilissimo e carino ma non preparato. La vacanza è stata stupenda e mi permetto le considerazioni sperando possano esser raccolte idee per una piu’ efficiente organizzazione

Nice stay, room for improvement Overall we had a good stay. Food was good, if sometimes a bit unusual. It was the beginning of the season and the hotel was pretty empty. Even so we had to push hard for a room upgrade (being one key premium and there being plenty of rooms available), it was not offered freely. The service was all smiles but not very slick, put this down to it being start of season. Also pool was a bit green, making us not want to go in it, we mentioned this but got a shrug of the shoulders from the manager. Hotel has a great outlook though, so hopefully they get their act together for the peak season.
