A great location to escape from busy city, a best place for who likes a quite place, beautiful sea view, price of food is have a little bit high but can acceptable ✌️🌊

Nicht länger als 4-5 Tage bleiben, da es extrem langweilig auf der Insel wird. Kulinarisch kann man leider sowohl das Resort als auch den Rest der Insel vergessen. Da es einen Deal gibt, mit dem Leute, die nicht im Resort wohnen am Pool sich besaufen können war das Klientel meist sehr asozial. Die Liegen wurden sich nach Mallorca Manier bereits um 8 uhr Morgens mit Handtüchern reserviert. Das Internet war leider durchgehend nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Bad hat leider konsequent gestunken. Der Service war aber extrem Lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen den Lazy- und den Sunset beach zu besuchen!

A terrific place to stay on the island! Inform the hotel staff about the time of your arrival and they will meet you at the Saracen pier with their boat, help you with your luggage and take you straight to the hotel. I attached a picture of a pier and a boat of this hotel, by the way they will send you back to the pier when you leave the island. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they are very nice! We stayed in b33, economy class. The room ( a small house actually), is cozy and has all the things needed: towels, dental kits, shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer, safe, clothes hangers, wardrobe, lots of drawers. There are beach towels if needed you can ask for them at the reception in the morning. The air conditioner worked well, the water in the bathroom went away well enough, however some people said vice versa in their comments. It had been very quiet even when it was noisy in the restaurant. The restaurant is great, we have tried many dishes, all of them were delicious, the portions were big enough. They have desserts and their pana cotta and brownies are amazing! Happy hour is cool, you can enjoy the cold drinks from 4 to 8 pm. The breakfast was included, it’s worth it, you can choose from the menu one dish and one drink, a few pieces of seasonal fruits are served with the breakfast. You don’t need to worry about the breakfast, because it’s not a buffet one and even if you come at 9:30 you will get your breakfast always. The swimming pool is clean, and beautiful, there are many sunbeds and cosy chairs, so you can sit both close to the sea, or at the pool. Only one thing was disappointing, the lack of a sunset, it’s on the other shore of the island, you can watch it on the lazy beach, it’s not that far as the sunset beach. Also you can walk to the laguna resort at this shore, if you don’t want to go through the jungle, the sunset is also very beautiful there. Thanks a lot for all your efforts to make our holiday special! If we come once again to the island we will definitely book a room there again!

This hotel is the biggest disappointment of my trip. The room price is 150$(1000rmb), than instead to get nice bungalow we got a really very dirty and stinky one !!!! Than breakfast menu doesn’t include normal coffee (only Nescafé) , and if u want to get normal coffee u need to add 2$for each cup! Can u imagine? 150$ disgusting dirty room, and even can’t give normal coffee as a compliment? The worst Cost-effectiveness hotel which I ever saw in my life. Totally disappointed and will never back there again!

The resort is charming and down-to-earth, offering a relaxed and welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home. Their menu is a favorite among tourists, featuring delicious Eastern and Western dishes, plus refreshing cold drinks, smoothies, and shakes that you can enjoy by the beach or the pool. One of the highlights is their adorable dog, Jenny, who loves to guide guests on a 15-minute jungle walk to Lazy Beach—a beautiful serene spot just a short stroll from the resort. Getting there is super easy, too! They offer pick-up and drop-off services from the ferry. We took a GCTV high-speed ferry and disembarked at the second pier (Saracen bay) where the resort staff whisked us away in a small vehicle or even a tractor—such a fun experience! If you’re up for a little adventure, Sunset Beach is about a 30-minute walk from the resort. The trail is rocky and steep in some parts, so plan accordingly. And unless you’re okay with paying $50 for a boat ride back, it’s best to head back before dark. The rooms are a bit gloomy and small, and the shower isn’t the best, with just average cleaning materials provided. However, the overall charm of the resort, its atmosphere, and the amazing surroundings make it a great place to stay!

單人早餐和雙人早餐房費差一元人民幣，但衹是一份少的可憐的份餐，沒吃飽，後悔該買雙份。房間很整潔，但和國內比，設施也很簡單。酒店內附屬設施不錯，泳池沙灘椅休閑桌都有，門前的沙灘是重點，很美

Overall, the stay was amazing, even in the economy room. I believe the difference btwn economy and deluxe is that you share a wall with another room. However, I wish the hotel provided slippers for the room. One thing to note is that the shower had no water pressure. It feels like you're standing in a light drizzle/mist. Finally, there are random power outages, but they get restored within a few seconds. It's just a bit annoying when you're taking a shower and they put you in pitch black...

Regular visitor. Excellent service, stunning location and very good value. Wide variety of cuisine on the menu with fast WiFi on tap.

Ottimo resort comodamente posizionato al centro di Saracen bay. La gestione della struttura è professionale e ben organizzata per arrivi/partenze, attenzione al cliente, proposte di attività. C'è una comoda piscina a bordo spiaggia, utile per rinfrescarsi nelle giornate di mare agitato. La spiaggia non è larghissima, per isolarsi un po' dal mondo occorre fare una camminata di 10 minuti o cambiare baia. Il personale è estremamente gentile ed il menù cibo è bevande è ampio, variegato e complessivamente di buona qualità (molto invitante la vetrinetta dei dolci). Assolutamente consigliato.

Ну что могу сказать, как в том рассказе, все так хорошо начиналось))) приятные люди, атмосферное место, а сервис ну так себе: во первых даже не предложили трансфер от пирса до отеля и обратно до пирса, шел пешком по пляжу с чемоданом. При чек ауте оказалось что приписали к счету 27$. Пляж утром перед отелем грязный, не убран, причем в мусорк от кафе частично. Шум с потолка, вечером и с 5 утра(!) шум за потолком, на крыше выпускали котят и они играли…при брони номера в опциях-вид на сад, оказался вид на забор соседей, музыка в баре до 11:00 pm, персонал начинает работать с 5:30 и громко общался. В баре коктейли делать не умеют, классическая пино калада была превращена в жидкость с хлопьями кокосового молока.

Best pool I saw on the coast. Long enough to swim and of interesting shape. Stuff is attentive. 2 bars, pool service lunch, good enough breakfast.  I really liked the location and the ambiance of this hotel
