房間很大，view很好，夕陽好美，泳池好大！喜歡這裏的服務，每個服務員都很熱情 環境：沙灘很長 海水乾淨 服務：非常好

房間還是很大很舒服，也很乾凈，服務也是可以的，就是位置很偏，用餐衹能在酒店，叫車軟件幾乎用不起來，酒店的用車也很貴，。

Все очень внимательны и дружелюбны, прекрасный большой номер, очень хорошая ванная комната, душ, балкон с видом. Все прекрасно. Однако проблема с завтраком. Когда я попросила сыр, то его фактически нет, принесли кусочек чедера. Меню а ля карт на завтрак для такого уровня отеля немного скудное и однообразное. Но отель новый думаю все учтут и исправят. Сервис безупречный. Однако пляж в мелких кораллах и не совсем комфортный заход и выход в море. Но вид прекрасный. Огромный бассейн и народу 0

Fabulous and peaceful experience at The Sira. We will come back I hope. From booking, check in to check out, everything was perfect. We are a family of 4 and had 2 spacious rooms with sea view. All sea view rooms are facing the beautiful sea with incredible sunset. Food was delicious with many options. Incredible breakfast (try the French toast). Fine dinner option and great mediterranean option at swimming pool in the day (A pity it is not open for dinner). To be noticed: my wife is strict celiac and MSG free : all the team was really paying attention to this / offering almost all meal w/o gluten, glutamate. The chef even offered a Gluten /glutamate free Pizza to wife. Even the great and creamy Nasi Goreng was available. The site is beautiful with an incredible 70m swimming pool and a nice beach area surrounded by greenery of the forest. Yes it is 2h from the airport but that’s why it is so good and peaceful. Easy access to Gili island (20min ride to boat option), the Sindang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls are at 1h drive. We had our own great guide Tamrin but it is also possible to book excursions from hotel. Beyond all of that we want to thank the team and especially Mrs Pradnya (reservation), the whole reception/ concierge team and Caroline, Reonaldo and Nia from the restaurant who were super professional, kind and we had nice talk with them. We also had to call a doctor for our daughter and a great professional came at the hotel 1h later on a Sunday with the necessary treatment. It is really rare to have an hotel with team calling each of the family members by their first name. It makes us feeling like in a family. Big thanks for that small gesture which means a lot on people mindset. This little gem hotel deserves to have more customers. Go for it and please be as nice with them as they are with you!
