Kostantakis Winery

Staying at a winery was a unique experience. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and had a beautiful view. They had a very pleasant balcony. The hotel was very beautiful and well located, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest town (Pollonia). The hotel staff was very kind and attentive, both the reception and the winery staff. I highly recommend the wine tasting of the wines produced there. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Greece.

Un joli endroit au calme, juste en retrait de pollonia mais accessible à pieds avec des chambres confortables et bien entretenues. On nous avait vendu l’expérience vignoble qui n’existe pas. Même si le vignoble et les résidences sont un même lieu, on ne vous parle pas du vignoble à la réception. Si vous souhaitez participer à une dégustation, vous devez vous rendre à la réception du vignoble et vous acquitter de 30€ par personne. Petit déjeuner frais et bien pourvu mais gâché par l’attitude détestable de la propriétaire. Ignorant le mot client et hospitalité, elle ne vous adresse pas la parole. Et quand vous lui demandez quelque chose, vous comprenez tout de suite que vous l’ennuyez vraiment. Et nous avons eu 4 petits déjeuners extrêmement déplaisants , dont un où elle est venue débarrasser comme quand vous vous êtes fortement disputés avec votre moitié et a finit par retirer son tablier et quitter le lieu du petit déjeuner. Cette expérience nous a profondément choqué et pour cette raison nous ne recommandons pas ce lieu en plus du fait que l’expérience vignoble est inexistante. C’est dommage car l’endroit est sympa et le reste du personnel souriant et pro. Comme quoi une personne peut tout gâcher!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kostantakis Residence for our honeymoon. Everyone who works there is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, and clean. Also, the location is perfect--you feel like you're in nature, but still a quick walk into town. We especially enjoyed the winery, learning about the vineyard and trying the delicious wines (we took 3 bottles home!). I cannot recommend this accommodation enough and I hope we can come back again soon!

Il residence si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro di Apollonia, in una zona verde e silenziosissima. Il personale è cordiale e disponibilissimo. I bungalow sono dotati di cucina, aria condizionata, wi-fi (in alcuni momenti non del tutto funzionante) e terrazzino con vista. La colazione è ottima. Ogni giorno vengono anche preparate alcune cose “in casa” (marmellata, tè o dolci). Nella struttura è presente anche la winery dove è possibile fare delle degustazioni. Forse prezzo un po’ troppo elevato per i servizi che complessivamente vengono offerti (probabilmente perché era la settimana di ferragosto)

Wir sind schon viel gereist und waren auch auf vielen griechischen Inseln, allerdings das erste Mal auf Milos. Das Fazit vorweg: Es war traumhaft! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt in diesem familiengeführten kleinen Hotel, für uns als Paar die perfekte Unterkunft. Himmlisch ruhig, ein wunderschöner Garten, alles sehr gepflegt. Der Blick von unsererTerrasse mit Blick über die Weinreben zum Meer war einfach nur schön! Die Zimmer/Studios/Apartments sind so geschickt angeordnet, dass man genügend Privatsphäre hat, allerdings hängt dies auch immer von den Nachbarn ab…während unseres Aufenthaltes waren dies ausnahmslos ruhige und angenehme Zeitgenossen! Der Bungalow war hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; in der Pantry war alles vorhanden, was man für einen kleinen Imbiss benötigt, sehr hübsches Geschirr. Das Badezimmer klein, aber modern. In der Dusche wäre ein kleiner Ablagekorb für Duschgel/Shampoo hilfreich, aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit. Das Frühstück in Büffetform war vollkommen ausreichend und es wurde auf Wunsch auch immer neu aufgefüllt. Das hat uns gut gefallen, da so vermieden wird, dass Lebensmittel verschwendet werden.Der Kaffee war ausgezeichnet! Neu war das kleine, aber feine Restaurant (in dem auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird), das von einer Nichte des Eigentümers und ihrem italienischen Lebensgefährten betrieben wird. Es gibt abends ein wechselndes Tagesgericht sowie einige kleine Vorspeisen. Wir wurden rundum verwöhnt und haben fast jeden Abend dort gegessen, es war alles köstlich, Danke, Eleni und Luca, wir wünschen euch viel Erfolg! Besonders hervorzuheben die nette, zuvorkommende Art ausnahmslos aller Menschen, die in der Kostantakis Winery & Residence tätig sind, Hier fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen und als Gast. Es wird professionell gemanagt, ist aber trotzdem sehr entspannt. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder!

Aria condizionata vecchia e rumorosa..colazione da hotel 2 stelle..il punteggio basso e’ determinato dalla totale maleducazione della proprietaria Irina Mallis. Inizialmente disponibile ad aiutarmi nella prenotazione di una macchina a noleggio dopo diverse problematiche, mi comunicava che aveva trovato solo una veicolo per due delle 4 notti che avrei soggiornato. Successivamente ho trovato una macchina per 4 giorni e le ho chiesto di cancellare la prenotazione. Da quel momento un susseguirsi di comportamenti veramente incredibili: mi ha riattacato il telefono per due volte, ad una mia mail dove chiedevo informazioni su dei posti dove vedere il tramonto mi ha risposto “guarda su google troverai molti posti!”…quando sono arrivato il giorno del check in e’ scappata e non si e’ fatta vedere per 4 giorni ( probabilmente per la vergogna). Non basta avere un posto carino, bisogna sapere essere degli host e sapere cosa significa ospitare..di posti belli e cari ce ne sono molti..andate da un’altra parte! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
