In the district of, on the outskirts, 200 m from the centre of Crans-Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the lake, south facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (90 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 18.Apr. and 01.Jun. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:30-20:00). Tennis (01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). In the house: sauna (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 500 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lac Grenon" 350 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 1.2 km, lake Grenon 20 m. Very nice view and pleasant balcony, however the kitchen and bathroom need updating (at least put ceramic hobs, cupboard doors and dark tiles). The bed linen is polyester, except the bottom sheet Not very comfortable for perspiration The dining room table

The studio is perfectly suitable for 1 or 2 people. The location is very convenient. Shops, supermarkets and restaurant are a short walk. The decor and furnishings are good quality and modern. The terrace is spacious & sunny with a gorgeous view. Compact,
